He showed up on time, and did a very good job. Only reason I did not give all 5 stars is because I had paint overspray on my frig that I had to clean up, and he didn't cover anything I had removed from the drawers eh was repairing, so I had sanding dust everywhere.

Online scheduling on Home Advisor was worthless as the appointment I made was not actually available. After rescheduling with the office, they were a No-Show. They claim the rescheduled appointment was cancelled by Home Advisor. I rescheduled again and the handyman finally arrived, albeit 1 and 1/2 hours late. The work was completed by him perfectly in the end and I was very satisfied by that.

Did a great job on the tile work but, had to keep leaving to do bids for handyman. Took way longer than should have taken.

The gentleman was very professional and job was done same day.

Arrived ahead of schedule. Called ahead to be sure it would be okay to come by before scheduled time so that was great!

I had the drywaller come out to patch a hole in the wall. He didn't sand it & barely textured. It looked horrible. I called & scheduled 2 appts for him to come back. He didn't show up or call for either appointment. Finally, they called me to see how the work was & I told them he never came back & I could have done better. They scheduled him to come out again and guaranteed he would be there. He showed up, sanded the area & barely textured. I gave up & finished the texture myself with a can of spray texture. I called and told them that I had to finish it myself. They said they would have the owner, Mike, call me. I am still waiting to hear from him. I will never call them for projects again.

Lynn was very professional and a perfectionist with his craft. He allowed us to watch as he transformed our doors into something beautiful. He was careful with our wood floors and cleaned up everything. He had a very fun personality. We are extremely pleased with his work and the overall experience.

Very friendly and courteous. Really enjoyed talking with my first craftsman who was knowledgeable and discussed various options with associated costs/time for my project. Customer service and staff are amazing. My craftsman had an unexpected issue arise on start day and the company immediately contacted me that morning to provide an update and assign a new craftsman. The second craftsman finished the drywall repair project efficiently. Will definitely use them again in the future for repairs/improvement projects.

The company has several experienced handymen to call upon, which allows them to dispatch an appropriately qualified handyman in a timely manner. We had several small projects that needed to be done on an urgent basis and the company dispatched Stephen the next day. Stephen was a real pro - he took care of each project efficiently and effectively. The only thing he couldn't handle was replacing a challenging bathroom faucet, for which we had to call a regular plumber. I would recommend the company to anyone needing help with small projects.

Sam was very professional and clearly described the project. He followed through and completed it in a timely manner. Would definitely use him again.

We never received an actual quote. When he contacted me, he called by a completely different first name. Told me that we would hear back on an estimate by the end of the day and didn?t. When we did hear back his ?estimate? which was his opinion of what we should do was three times what we had budgeted for. I wanted something very simple done and he turned it into a very expensive project that was not needed.
