Description of Work: When my son's computer froze up they provided tuneup/virus removal/fix upgrade then later when I had troubles with connection came out and fixed that up too. Quick, responsive and well worth the $. Nice to know who can quickly get computers working again. Very personable.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. It took them perhaps two weeks. The workers are very knowledgeable and courteous. The job went as expected but wasn't that punctual as we've been told. We expected it to be done in five days but it took two weeks. Their price was excellent.
Description of Work: I have used Geek On A Scooter Fixin' Your Computer. They did a hard disc clean up on my wife's laptop and it had not been back up so they replaced the hard drive, got special data retrieval to take the disc, read the drive recover information and put it back on her drive.

+ -1 moreWe wanted to share files between our various computers. Christian spent 1 ½ hours configuring our machines to enable that functionality. Usually this is pretty easy, but our machines had been configured incorrectly in the past so Christian had to dig deep to find the problems and fix them. Christian is very knowledgable, punctual, listens well. He's a good communicator, doesn't hide behind technical jargon as some do. Very personable, very customer focused. He's my go-to guy for future computer work.
Description of Work: Provided network sharing between laptop computers and our office server.

They picked up the PC at our house, worked on it for about 10 days, thoroughly scanned and removed viruses, loaded new virus software, fixed registry and Win XP Home, and now it's running like new. VERY happy with the service and will be taking another laptop to them soon.
