Technician arrived on time, performed the above tasks and cleaned up. All very efficient and professional. Drying now takes about half the previous time. I'm very satisfied, would recommend and will use again.

Provider was on time, friendly and made sure I knew the cost before work was started. After notifying me of problem with dryer, I was given names of companies to contact for repair. Very pleased with service.

The gentleman from Dryer Vent was prompt and courteous. He did a very thorough job of testing and cleaning the venting for our dryer. He also installed a new new vent cap to the outside of the house. He was courteous enough to allow me the opportunity to add a clamp to the electrical connection on the back of the dryer that was missing and is considered a safety measure. I was very pleased with the work performed by Dryer Vent and would recommend this service to any dryer user concerned about lint build up.

I responded to the outstanding $69 deal on Angie's List. The scheduling process went smoothly and the technician arrived right on time. What an excellent job he did! Sort of embarrassed to admit the clothes dryer now dries in about half the time as previously. I've already marked on my calendar to contact Dryer Vent Wizard of Eagle, next spring. This service should be done on at least an annual basis. I am so impressed with this company and cannot say enough positive things about them. Above and beyond -- I highly recommend.

I was pleased with the effort he took to keep the house clean even when going in and out of the crawl space. He was quick to respond and set the appointment. He measured the air flow before the service and told me the number and said it was poor. To my knowledge he didn't recheck it after the service and, if he did, didn't tell me or complete the Dryer Vent Evaluation section of the receipt so I don't know what the improvement was.

It was okay. It cost me a little bit more than I thought it would but it was fine. He was fast in getting out. He just kept on finding things that needed to be done. It wasn't really positive except for the fact that he came out quickly. It didn't take long for him to come out.

Scheduling was really easy and they gave me a time frame of when they would be here, which I really liked. The technician, Brian, was on time and very thorough. He was also very nice. The results are fine and everything is doing well. He was dressed up professional and I liked that there was a logo on their truck. We were happy with the experience.

The service turned out just fine. It was easy to schedule. They had an opening the day we called. The gentleman was very professional, knew what he was doing, and he took care of what was needed. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. He called ahead of schedule and he showed up on time.

Brian showed up on time and proceeded to do his work. After checking my drier, Brian got up on the roof and snaked out the drier vent tube while the drier was running. This caused the built-up lint to vent outside the house preventing what could have been a mess. Brian was very polite and efficient. He performed his job remarkably well.

The service is superior. They use a brush tool to go into the vent and wipe away debris. They also work in and around the dryer to prevent the accumulation of lint that could be hazardous. Technician is super nice and friendly. He also remembers his customers which shows how much he appreciates the business.

I emailed a contact request through the company website, and got a call within 1/2 hour or less (and the request was made at 7 at night!). They scheduled me for the next morning. The technician showed up clean and presentable. My husband is a heating technician and we had already looked at the duct ourselves, and explained that we had put a wallbox in behind the dryer years ago to improve airflow. He did not pull out the dryer, I think in part because he knew we ourselves had made the hookup, and he knows my hubby is a professional. He worked quickly and got under the house, confirmed that the ductwork is installed efficiently, and then went outside and cleaned the vent from the outside. He was professional and did a fine job, just what we needed done at a very reasonable price. No more lint; yeah!

Smelling smoke from the dryer. Called dryer repairman, he suggested have vent checked by these guys before have him come out. So vent wizards came out, gave me an estimate, and then supposedly fixed it. I went under the house after he left, and the vent line joints had been re-taped, altho one of the supports had been knocked down and not re-attached, I don't know what was done to 'clean' the vent.

They did a great job. Hardworking and professional and the results are super. Dryer works better and we sleep better knowing the lint is gone.
