We had a miss communication on both are parts I called twice once to apologize the other to pls call me back..no return call. texted no response.all I wanted was to talk...for a business I find this situation very unprofessional..very disappointed

It went very well! This was our first experience with a maid service and we were very pleased. 3 women came and cleaned for 6 hours straight! They were very professional and each tackled a different area....not stopping for anything. They very willingly went back and cleaned anything we noticed before they left. The most noticeable things were getting the rings around the sinks and toilets off and cleaning the master shower which I had not been able to completely remove since we moved in.They were very nice and were able to fit me in before our baby arrived that weekend. We are definitely thinking of using them on a regular basis. I cannot comment on price b/c we only got one estimate. From heresay, they may be a little more, but it could also be that our house is larger too.

Very professional and very detailed. She didn't leave until they were done. Took a lot longer than she though but our house was very dusty. They took their time to get everything. I am very impressed. We set up to have her and her team come out every other week. So nice to come home to a clean place!

Stephanie did a great job with the initial cleaning in January. We agreed on future monthly services and she gave us a great quote. We are continuing to use her house cleaning service every month.

After having a big disappointment with Treasure Valley Cleaning, we switched to Dirty Girls, and so far I've been having a great experience! They are always on time (usually they are even early, and always call to let me know so). They are friendly and very, very professional, and they treat my pets very well, and also very attentive to detail. I definitely recommend this service!
