Showed up on time. Completed early. Did excellent quality work.

Matt worked with us on pricing and quality options, he began the project within 2 days of our committing to the project and the fence was completed within 3 working days. He handled affected neighbor concerns beautifully was easy to contact and most pleasant to work with.

Matt was friendly and new everything about fencing. He uses quality materials and had the best estimate. There was a delay on the work because the gate manufacturer had a equipment problem, but he kept me informed of the situation. There is more to installing simple fencing than I would have even considered. I would definitely recommend Matt.

Other than a couple of delays due to a vacation and Matt's broken toe, this was the easiest job from the perspective of my end as I have ever had done. Matt showed up on time to look at the work and sent an estimate that turned out to be within $55 of what I thought it would be. He really was an excellent communicator about what the work schedule would be. His bid was firm, even though he had to replace boards that he might not have anticipated having to replace. Our decks have tons of detail relating to sanding and finishing--rails, spindles, bench supports, etc. There is simply a lot that you can't do with anything but a hand sanding block. I told Matt that it was better prepped than it had ever been by any worker and it it looked fantastic. Not only that, but he got it done before the fall rains. The work site was cleaned up every day, his assistant was congenial and polite even if Matt wasn't on the site. I would use Matt again in a heartbeat, and I will recommend him to anyone who asks about deck maintenance.

I haven't had the work done yet, but am looking forward to using him.

Matt is awesome! The craftsmanship can't be beat! My neighbors even came over and said they haven't seen work done like that in 20 years. The guy is personable, and nice. He worked alone. I would use him again in a minute.

Matt did a great job with our fence. We ran into a couple glitches (weather and supplier related) but Matt contacted us right away and communicated the issues. Would use his services again and have been asked by several neighbors for his information. He also met with our neighbors to discuss issues/concerns prior to installation. It has transformed our house from ho hum to great curb appeal.

Again, Matt's work is professional. When this project was originally scheduled no one predicted we would have the worst rainy season in the past decade. As a result, the original start date was moved back. As he had to do with a couple other projects. In spite of the delayed start date, he was able to complete the project almost on time. One good thing was that he did not charge any extra for me helping him haul off the old materials ! ! ! As in a previous review, he is a bit slow on responding to E-Mail or phone messages, but he does reply. Matt is a very busy one-man-crew. Matt’s dedication, professionalism, in-depth knowledge of the project is one reason I highly recommend him. I will have him back if I need more fence work. Thanks Matt for a job well done.

Last summer at the house I was renting from my landlady, Matt was hired to replace the fence. I observed what a great job he did and when I bought my own home I knew exactly who to call to replace the old fence. Matt arrived promptly to do the initial estimate, gave me an idea of how many days it would take (3 to 4), and followed up with an additional estimate for staining the fence (via email). He also broke down the cost of sharing one side of the fence with my neighbors (their cost was around $400; mine was $1600). Matt arranged to have the underground utilities marked in advance and finished the job in two long 12-hour work days. The materials he used were of high quality and his work ethic was outstanding. He removed all debris and shoveled dirt back into spots that had exposed an underground cable. Matt also resolved a concern I had with one of my side fences. I have a hot tub and a children's slide I'd like to be rid of one day. I did not want to take down a new fence to remove it all and also did not want to build another gate. Matt made the side fence removable and showed me how to take it down with the 4 screws to which it was attached. He even gave me the drill bit to remove the screws! Bottom line: Matt did a great job, took pride in his work and it showed in the finished product. I'd recommended him to friends and family.

Matt did an excellent job. Originally he thought it could take up to 5 days but he was completely done in two. The first day he took down the old fence completely and put in the new steel posts. I came by that night and everything (all the old fencing) was gone and cleaned up. The new fence looks great and will probably last a very long time. Oh and listen to him - he does quote a higher price but if you ask other fencing companies for the same materials they will give you a higher quote as well. I prefer the quality myself.

Matt is a true professional. He responded immediately to my request for a bid, numerous questions and then removed the old fence and installed the new one. He ran into difficulties (when don't you with home projects) and found solutions. The new fence looks great. I'd certainly have him back again and will recommend him to others.

We had a late spring so much of the work was done when weather allowed. Matt replaced the fence first, landscaping second and refinished/stained the deck/hot tub last. The fence and landscaping were done fairly quickly. The deck took longer to do. It required a lot of sanding and then waiting until the weather was right for the staining. Matt was constantly working or checking on the dampness of the deck and fence so the stain could be put on. He did an excellent job and I couldn't have asked for a nicer person to hire. He attends to detail and customer wants and needs. I had a problem with a few of the fence boards and he replaced them immediately. We will be hiring him again in the future for other work of the nature. I will and have recommended him.

The project went extremely well. Matt was a true professional and really knew what he was talking about. The products that were used were very high quality. The gates all have tubular frames that will never fall apart. Matt's price might be a little higher than others, but the quality of the work and materials made it worth every penny.

Matt showed up for a free estimate that only took about 10 minutes. He was very professional and friendly, and I thought he was a really nice guy. He was booked about a week out, but he did start on the day that he said he would. We did run into some problems with my property pins, and he made sure I was aware of the issue. We talked it out and he took the initiative to start calling around and finding exactly where my property started and where my neighbors' ended. He also went and explained what was going on to the neighbors because they had a sprinkler line directly where the fence was going to be built. After that was all figured out, he got to work and the fence looks amazing!! He made sure the boards were lined up perfectly and took extra precautions with the posts. Matt is a very hard worker, and he definitely went above and beyond what he had to do. His efforts are totally appreciated and definitely saved me a lot of time and headache. I will probably hire Matt again to stain the fence. I will recommend him to my friends!! You will be completely happy with this company.. Hire them and find out :-)

I called Matt (the owner). He answered the phone right away. (I hate when I get an answering machine.) I had a fence blown completely down by a windstorm. Matt was able to drive by and look at the fence within 2 hours. I got a quote 1 hour after that. 3 days later (the first opening on his schedule) he came and took out the old posts, put in the new posts, hung back up the old fence, (I didn't want to pay for a new fence) and even trimmed down some large trees for me that were potentially going to harm the fence in the future. He's a very nice guy, easy to deal with. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
