very easy and professional

He is very professional, and just with the first showing we were immediately impressed with he brought with him informations on the houses that have been sold in the neighborhood in the last 3 month. As we are looking thru the house, his background in the construction quickly showed, he is very very good with the structure of the home, and ideals and price estimates on improvements is very useful when we are looking at houses. Unfortunately, on the first house we were interested, we coudn't come to agreement on price. Rich was very helpful, always encouraging and supportive, he made us feel good about this decision. Then we had to go back to square one of looking at all the houses and narrow down to some favorites to look at. He was very patient, but aslo checks up on us and make suggestions when we feel like there is no other house that is better than our first. Long story short, after about almost 3 month of search, we finally found the house we wanted and agreed to a price. We just moved into this new house recently, and it is a beatiful house, and even better than our first house. We I really appreciate Rich's help thru our house shopping experience, he made it less stressful, and he was like a best friend that is always got our back in this process. I have already recommend him to a coworker that is looking at houses, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody else, he is truly top notch!
