+ -1 moreService was arranged for the day after the first call. Technician arrived on time and was very courteous and explained fully the cost and process. It was less expensive than the other Chem-Dry companies in the phone book. He was very fast and thorough. I was entirely pleased with the entire process and the person who did the job. He was someone who I had no reservations having in my home. He was polite and presented a professional appearance.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in living room and applied Scotch Guard.
