Excellent on everything they did for me. Great selection of carpet and vinyl which I bought both. Very pleased with the carpet installed in living room and stairs. Vinyl installed nicely in a bathroom and laundry room. My house was built in 2005 so all hardwood needed refinished. They stepped me through the whole process. Beautiful hardwood now. I have referred friends and neighbors and will continue. Any further flooring I might need in the future will be from Capell.

I worked with Matt and his team once before. Had a good experience then. So decided to use them again. Everything went smoothly. Very happy with the overall experience. What I like best is this is a family owned business. I feel like I'm not just a number like at a large corporation. Matt and team are all friendly and professional. They have an excellent warranty and are even so kind as to give out a free customer appreciation care package.

We have an older home and have been doing a lot of remodeling which has been financially challenging. We live 5 hours away from Capell Interiors in the town of Clarkston, WA. I called Matt and he met me late on a Friday night as we were driving through Meridian, ID on our way to a family reunion. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us suggestion in our price range and directed us to a carpet we love. Matt got the carpet ordered and we didn't have to worry about anything while we were on vacation. Justin went above and beyond by meeting me on a Saturday afternoon on my way back to Clarkston, WA to pick up the carpet pad and load it into my already full car. Both Matt and Justin were very professional and easy to work with. Capell Interiors had a plethora of carpet choices and Matt did a great job in listening and helping us narrow down the selection to exactly what we wanted. I am so impressed with this company! They are honest, trustworthy and stand behind their work! While in the process of adding some hardwood, one of the installers they used made a mistake of cutting the existing carpet in our living room too short so it didn't meet up with the wood. We were expecting a battle, but Justin came in and took one look and without hesitation made the decision to do what was necessary to make it right, which in this situation meant replacing the entire piece of carpet in our living room. So often you find companies that try to shift the blame or try to cut corners or give some kind of temporary fix, but he was all about doing the right thing! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone! My hardwood floors turned out beautiful too! I could not be more pleased!

Matt and his team have been wonderful to work with for all of my flooring needs, as well as other tiling projects. I have had them install new carpet, patch new tile on a floor with existing tile, tile my kitchen backsplash, and have also been able to order tile through them for my own installation. We added enough hardwood to what was existing to get rid of traffic pattern marks on my otherwise almost perfect carpet. The results are astounding. The floor looks new. It has a warm glow that it did not have before refinishing and by some magic they are much, much easier to maintain. Capell's was responsive on ever issue and worked with us for a time to do the work which was the least disruptive. They return calls, show up when they say they will and are totally customer oriented. I wish all companies in our area had this ethic.
