Half the job was done correctly. The side that was flat they installed correctly. The other side had a retaining wall. Big gap (dogs can get out) on that side under one panel because they did not drop down with the retaining wall (Per the Builders inspection) and just installed the fence straight across. Got the run around from the Juan, the project lead and then was forgotten by Ben, the salesman who said he was going to come out with the installation manager. Weeks go by and I heard nothing. I then hired another company for $2700+ to fix their error. I emailed Ben of my disappointment and he finally goes out to my property unannounced the next day after the email and makes excuses and some ridiculous fix of adding another rail under the fence to fill the gap when he initially said a transitional panel needed to be installed and the post dug up and re-installed. I do not recommend this company. Anyway

Well repair guy was very nice but company lies about how much time it takes which inturnes over charger you they come out to bid the say it a three day job and it was only a small repair that total hrs.was 3 hours to fix, but they charge you for 3 days RIP Off. Never will I use them or recommand them to anyone. Bad Business Ethics.

So much better than we had hoped for. Complete satisfaction with a product so professionally installed that it has definitely enhanced the appearance and added to the value of our home. The Butte Fence installation crew, John and Steve Clark (father and son) worked very hard over a two day period without stopping for a break and presented us with a patio cover which is great in appearance and function. Pride of workmanship and meticulous practice is evident and the hallmark of fine quality products. This clearly defines the promise of Butte Fence products and reputation!

We were very pleased with the entire process. Brent Jaramillo gave us the quote and was our point of contact throughout the process and he was friendly, professional, and helpful. The workers arrived on time, worked quickly, and we were very pleased with the resultant quality. We also made our own small retaining wall which required some flexibility from Butte and they were very accommodating with our scheduling requirements. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire transaction and would recommend them to anyone looking at getting a high quality fence installed.

This company was great to deal with. They delivered what they said they would. I wanted to change a small portion of the fence to 6ft. high with a 2 foot lattice on top and they had no problem with the changes and the price stayed the same. They really are great people to deal with.!

The crew did a phenomenal job. The crew chief called me before they started to confirm what they were doing, called to let me know when they would show up, and when they would be finished. We had metal posts installed and the fence is about as precise as you can get it. Plus they did a great job cleaning up after they were finished.

Gate looks good but I was overcharge for work that was not done. Invoice says 3 poles were used and 400lbs of concrete. Only 2 poles were used and definitely not 400lbs of concrete. Talked to Doug the salesperson a month ago and refund check was supposed to be issued. Called 2 weeks ago and call not returned. Very dishonest to do business with.

My back yard was already fenced on three sides, I only needed to have one side fenced, I wanted a gate to match and I needed a wood gate on the other side to fully enclose the yard. I got 3 bids, Butte Fence was the highest, but, I thought that you get what you pay for and I wanted a quality fence. It took better than 3 weeks for them to fit me into the schedule, but, that was okay as I was in no hurry. The day they were suppose to start the install, no one showed up or called. I finally called Jeff in the late afternoon about why no show, he had the installer call me and he said he was held up on another job and would not be able to come for another 2 days. I explained I was leaving town at the end of the week and really wanted to be home while they were at my home. They didn't finish the job until I was gone, when I came home I was shocked. Nothing was where it was suppose to be and the gates didn't fit. Long story short, it is three months later, the gates are absolutely not privacy gates, I could have bought a nicer gate at Home Depot or made one myself. The installers are really very unprofessional and unreliable. If anyone is going to use Butte, I suggest you come and look at the mess I have before you use them. Jeff, who does the bids is a very nice man, but he doesn't follow through and I just felt he should have made more effort to have had a better job done. I guess this is what happens when you are a senior and only have a small area to cover. Also, this is not just me, family members and all of the neighborhood agree that I really got a lousy job by this company!

Everything went really well. They're comparable, on time, their price is good. Friendliness is good. We did get four bids and they were very reasonable and competitive.

It was very good. There was one minor incident when the young man accidentally broke through a sprinkler line but either he nor I had any idea it was there. There's a policy that they don't fix stuff like that but he's very kind and told me where to get the thing.

Very friendly rep. Prompt and concise. Knew his fending materials. Installer was clean and very precise. Put a lot of thought into the job. Finished quickly.

They did a pretty good job. I spent a little over $1000 to have the work done and they spent a couple of days on it. I think they were very conscientious with the work because they stayed right on it until it was complete.

The fence repair guy was on time, and fixed our fence (was damaged in the big winds a few weeks ago) in about 15 minutes! He was great! Only problem: I don't know how much this is going to be. I was quoted a price and told that after the service was completed, they'd call me for my credit card #. So far, no bill or invoice or call. I will call them again, they did a good job and should be paid for the service.

Everything went according to schedule. The men who did the work were hard workers and knew what they were doing. Very professional. If I had any questions, they were willing to answer with complete explanation.

Arrived on time. Removed and disposed of old fence. Verified details. Set new posts in concrete. Waited one day. Installed new fence and gates as requested. Finished on time. Excellent results. Looks great.

Other than a delay due to their heavy schedule, my experience with Butte Fence was excellent. Thanks to the salesman, Steve Bunch, and the installation crew, I have a beautiful new fence and gates to keep my dogs in the yard, and it is a nice addition to the overall appearance of our whole neighborhood.

Price was too high I thought. Did not use provider.

The work started much earlier than anticipated and was completed on time.

I hired Butte fence to replace a 6' board fence and install a post and pole fence; the board fence along the sides of my property and the post and pole along the back. I also requested that they staple graduated woven wire along the post and pole in order to make the fence dog-proof. Their crew arrived a week later than promised, and each day of the previous week I was promised by the owner that the crew would arrive that forcing me to leave work unnecessarily for 5 days. When they and quot;finsishedand quot; with the installation I got a call from my wife saying there was a problem and I needed to get home quickly. I arrived to find the crew cleaning up and preparing to leave. We discovered that behind my garden shed the had left a 4 foot gap in the fence and they had not installed the wire. When I mentioned that the purpose of the fence was to be dog-tight, and a 4' gap was unacceptable, they responded with and quot;The poles we had were all that length, what do you want us to do?and quot; I replied, and quot;get some longer polesand quot;. They were baffled. So, while standing there I called their supplier and inquired about pole lengths, and the response I got was and quot;we can make them any length you wantand quot;. So, I told them to go get the right length poles and fix the fence so that there was no gap. Three days later the returned and installed the right length pole, damaging my garden shed in the process, and completely splitting one post. They also installed the wire fencing at that time --- upside down. I had to have them return to pull off the wire install it correctly. So, their service was terrible, they did a unprofessional job, and they damaged my property. Then, when I received their final invoice, they billed me for 50% more material than was used. I guess they figured I could count the number of posts and poles used. I recommend that those interest in fence work look elsewhere.

I found them through the Yellow Pages. They did not install the posts in the right spot and most of them were less than six foot when I asked them for six foot posts. I requested them for a mow strip and they gave me a curving one between the posts. They only collected the deposit from me. Their price was really good but their quality of work was poor. I have to now get someone to finish the fence as it is. I would never use them again in the future.

They guided me through the process with professionalism. Just follow their advice and you will be happy.

They are fabulous and wonderful. They are good and I can't say enough good things about them. I had three different crews. I went from to vinyl fence, solid fencing to kind of a picket fence. Every time my propriety has been that I want open fencing that you can see through, because I like friendly fencing. I also have very small dogs so they had to custom do everything so that my little tiny dogs does not get under the fence. They did it perfectly. One time they made the holed too wide, the installer realized and he didn't even put it in, they just re-cut it. So they didn't let me say take it down and fix it. They said this is wrong, we are going to have it re done. They caught their own error. The installers were out here and had seen my little dogs; they know how small the dogs are. I can't have my dogs get under the fence but I want my fence to be open and friendly looking, so it was quite a job.
