 + -1 moreMr. Blessing showed up on-time and did a very good job. He pulled the toilet seat and replaced the O-ring in a reasonably short period of time. He stuck to a fair estimate and his work is reliable. I'm a bit of a stickler for cleaning up after your work. And, I found I had some extra bits of old plumbing ring and some water and stains I had to deal with. True, not a big deal. Yet, from my own perspective, as I've worked on homes before, clean-up is just, well, important.
Description of Work: Needed toilet seat O-ring replaced. Had a related question / issue about the floor plate around the water line for the toilet.

 + 0 moreWe had an estimate from a large plumbing company that had received good reviews here that we found to be shockingly high. This was after having to reschedule the estimate after waiting all afternoon and they couldn't make it the first time. I called Mike Blessing after reading some good reviews on the BBB site. He came over in 2 hours, had the repair done in less than 1 hour, did exactly what the other company was going to do, and charged less than 1/4 the price!. I will not call anyone else in the future for my plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Replaced a leaky main water supply valve and some piping.
