I was very impressed with Tonyâ s knowledge, attention to detail and quality of his work. Iâ m extremely happy with my fence repair.

I called several companies to have my gate repaired an 8x8 post rotted. They came within a couple of hours, and were able to repair the gate with a steel post the next day. Everyone was extremely professional, quick to respond, followed through with questions, gave suggestions and did an excellent job.

Setting of the new posts was OK. Final fabrics stretching was poor, used the wrong brackets to attach the fabric to the post. A lot of old ties were not taken off the fabric, the top cap never placed on one of the posts. Hard to get communication from the office, went through the salesman, who was always available. Times set up for the job were not kept for the final, it was a week late. Overall finish on the fence was sloppy.

Big Country Fencing just replaced our front and rear fencing this week. Although it was a smaller job, they treated us as if we were a million dollar account. Great job and the fence is beautiful.

Very friendly family business, however the actual customer service was sorely lacking and I felt they were overwhelmed with work and did not take the time to communicate adequately with me during the fence construction. I think they are very nice people who have possibly taken on more work than they can handle at one time. When I finally complained to the owner, he was very nice and moved swiftly to accommodate my request.

Had to ask them for additional bracket on fence post ends, this should have been normal protocol.

Slow in getting back with you on questions. The crew was over the top in taking down the old fence and installing the new fence, most excellent crew.

The quality of the work was solid as was the crew that did the work. This was replacing a section of fence that was along a ditch where the ground was very wet for most of the year and wood wasn't working out. The vinyl should last a long time. They were a bit difficult to communicate with at times, but the quote and work were both well done.

They are friendly. This is a family business and are worth getting their input on your needs.

They replaced a common fence between my neighbor and I, installed two new gates for me, and 1 new gate for my neighbor. Looked great for about a year. Wood dried and knots fell out resulting holes all over fence. 50% boards only had 1 - 2 nails. All 3 gates have fallen apart and have contacted they numerously to come and fix but will not respond. Great for those looking to sell soon. Not great for those who are looking a good quality fencing.

Their salesman was excellent and prompt. The workman did not show up or call on the scheduled date to do the work; I had to call and reschedule. The cost for labor was outrageous - $500 no matter how long the job took - which was only a couple of hours for my job. Also, the "installer" didn't pay attention to details - like capping the holes in the post; I emailed a picture of the unfinished post.

Big country fencing went out of their way to accommodate us in every aspect. I highly recommend.

Jason and his crew did a fabulous job! They were prompt and kept us informed on all aspects and were even able to start the job 2 days early. Our fence looks better than I expected!!
