Artistic Granite and Marble

Mark and his team at Artistic Tile & Granite went way above and beyond to complete our project which had some difficult obstacles to overcome. Everything went as planned and the result surpassed our highest expectations. We enthusiastically recommend Artistic to all of our friends and neighbors for all of their granite and tile projects.

Very smooth. Rocky was great to work with and they took the extra time to make sure that the pieces were matches. The installation was very smooth, on schedule, and professional.

Counter tops look good. We went with this co. primarily because we could pick out remnants for our counter tops instead of buying whole slabs which most other places require. Didn't need a whole slab & could go with 2 different types of counter tops this way. While we're happy with the end result for the most part, a few things could have gone better along the way. When the guy came out to measure for the templates, he tracked in mud on our new carpet. The installation guys showed up 2 hours early to install the counter tops without calling to let us know of the change in schedule or asking to see if we'd even be able to accommodate it. Also, the holes for one of the faucets are slightly off center compared to the light above. Just a few things to get a little irritated about but not enough to say we would never do business with them again.

Really well. I would recommend AT&G to anyone in the market for granite.

Everything went very well! I did not know how to go about the whole process, but the staff at Artistic was very informative, helpful and made the whole experience easy. It only took a week for them to create the tops after I chose my granite and the measuring was done. They came out and installed them and now I just love them!

Did a great job at a reasonable price and gave us some great advice on avoiding future problems.

It looks good!

From start to finish it went extremely well. They installed it ahead of schedule so I didn't have to go without use of the sinks in the bathroom. Emma, Charles and Mark were top notch. It's nice to deal with such a professional, knowledgeable company. They knew all the answers to my questions and offered helpful suggestions. Charles, the owner, assisted in the installation. I asked him how long he has been in business. He is from Kansas where he learned the trade from his father and grandfather. He owned the family business there and then moved it to Boise in 1998. In all he has owned the business for 27 years. He employs 12 people. This is a top notch business I highly recommend!

I found Artistic Tile and Granite on Angie's list and they had a good review there. I also have a friend who's building a house in the process and they said Artistic Tile and Granite have a good reputation.

We had originally gone with another counter top vendor and were having issues. We went to Artistic Tile for advise / options and they delivered everything they promised. Our countertops arrived in a timely manner and the installations went seamless and they look beautiful. We couldn't have asked from a better experience -- their customer service was one of the best we have ever seen.

The job went very well. We had a problem with how to fit the quartz around the kitchen island, and Mark, the contractor, was the only one we spoke with who had a good solution. The problem originated with how the house was constructed. We asked him to save back splashes, if possible. He was able to save the back splashes in each room. In addition, he recommended that we reuse the sinks and faucets in the master bath as they were in good condition. His careful work saved us a lot of money. The new countertops were installed one day ahead of schedule. It did take an extra nine days to do a small amount of trim work. The sub-contractor went on vacation and didn't tell anyone. However, when he finished the trim work was well done. Our kitchen and bathrooms look wonderful. We are very satisfied with this company.

Their pricing was good and their workmanship was great. The person that came out to the house was very efficient and knowledgeable.

Charles was very easy to work with, and was responsive to our needs and desires as we worked through the design issues. He and his crew were on time and did an excellent job. The tile looks great! Prices were very good. Charles was always available to us whenever issues came up. As with any project, one has to pay attention to the details. We had one or two minor slip-ups (such as starting off with the wrong color of grout), but Charles was ready to go the extra mile to make things right. I'll use Artistic Tile and Granite again.
