All Seasons Carpet Cleaning

This was an excellent experience. I was wary going into selecting a carpet cleaner because it is a big decision - I knew from experience that a bad carpet cleaner can damage your carpet. So I relied on Angie's list after reading all the great reviews. It was a good decision - All Seasons will be my go to carpet cleaner whenever I need this service in the future - I can't imagine anyone doing a better job. I have white carpet and it came out perfect! They were prompt, courteous, and thorough - they explained everything and got the job done quickly and were very friendly and careful while in my home. I even left to do an errand and was gone for an hour without a qualm as I new in my heart they were completely trustworthy. The only thing I will do different next time is not have them "rake" the carpet after applying the protector as the rake marks are taking awhile to disappear even after being vacuumed several times. This method might work better on some carpets than others, but not so good on mine. I have a plush carpet of medium tightness. I am sure it will go away after a little more time. Overall - All Seasons is fantastic and I highly recommended their services!

They did a good job, and they clearly explained what they could do for the pets stains and odors in the carpet. Basically, everything turned out well.

It was great, and they did a terrific job! They were punctual and friendly, and our carpet looked brand new by the time they had finished. Furthermore, the carpet dried in only four hours which means they did just as well at removing the water from the carpet.

The husband and wife team was very professional during our initial interactions, and they really seemed to enjoy their jobs. Everything was explained very clearly and thoroughly as well. We would definitely use them again.

Great job; communicated well. They were going to be a couple hours early and ask if that was ok and it was. Carpet took 2 days tp dry which surprised me but I do have a shag type carpet so that was probably why.

Great communication - arrived on schedule, did a walk through, pre-spotted problem areas. Jessica and her assistant promptly went to work. Diligent. Did not waste time. Wanted to make sure we were satisfied. Did a walk through upon completion - asked if there were any problems before they left to make sure everything was proper. Excellent in all ways.

We were worried we might have to replace our carpet in order to sell it (we had renters that left it pretty dirty). The carpet looked almost new when All Seasons was done--not bad for 5-year-old carpet! We're completely satisfied by their work, and happy to recommend them.

Carpets and furniture had not been professionally cleaned for a number of years, although they had been cleaned many times by us as the homeowners. All Seasons Carpet Cleaning is owned and operated by a husband and wife team that were a delight to work with. They were friendly, informative, respectful, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and comfortable to have in our home. We were cautioned that due to the age of our furniture and carpets, the results might not be what we were expecting. Surprise!! Everything turned out remarkably clean and bright--like new! We got a quick response for the estimate. The price was a little higher than any other, but we thought it was time to find out if you get what you pay for in carpet cleaning. I knew they had special equipement, as opposed to the typical "steam cleaning" type of gear, and all other cleanings over the years were merely adequate at best. With dogs and kids, we needed to find out if there was cleaning out there that was a "notch above". There is. It was. By far, the best carpet cleaning job I've ever seen. We had some trouble areas, so they were the real test. These guys got downright physical with the process. They were not afraid to go the extra mile. They can't get every stain out, of course, but they did with ours, and they made sure they gave it their best effort. They definitely spent some extra time, and it worked. The price was well worth it. Even if the stains hadn't come out completely, I would have been happy with the service because they did everything they could. They used multiple stategies with plenty of "elbow grease", and like I said, it worked. We won't even consider using someone else next time. We had our service in July, and I am just now writing this review in November. Why? Because I still appreciate the work they did even though so much time has gone by. It's still fresh in my mind. Our carpets still look good, despite a whole summer of kids and dogs, and a fall with leaves and rain. Those areas that attracted dirt because they were never cleaned well before are resisting better than ever. We vacuum more often to keep things clean, but in the spring we will use them again, and will also have them do more furniture. How often, these days, do you see a company of any kind doing really good work? Very rarely. Quality + Service is still my favorite thing.

since I found them at See Spot Walk, I figured that they knew how to deal with carpet where pets lived. I had some pet stains in the living room and now I do not see them anymore. I consider that a success. They were very professional and careful to tell me what they could accomplish and what they could not.

From my first contact, I knew I had found the right service provider. I received a phone call from Jessica soon after submitting my request through Angie's list. Jessica asked appropriate questions in order to assess our needs and provided detailed explanations of the work that can be done along with the corresponding costs. A mutually agreed upon service date was selected. Jessica and her husband were our cleaning team. Once again, she explained the work to be done, did it, and then had me review the completed project. I appreciate their attention to detail--high traffic areas, seams, and edges where the carpet met other flooring. I am happy enough with this service that I have already arranged for a 6-month service.

The company did just what they said they would do - cleaned the carpet and the upholstered dining room chairs. They were very careful with the hoses so that the corners of the walls weren't chipped or marred by them (the last company was not careful and the paint on the corners was chipped off). They did a very good job on the chairs. Food can leave some difficult stains, and they worked hard to get the white upholstery spotless. Polite, professional - we will call them again.

They arrived on time asking if I had any areas of concern. They described the cleaning process. They are truly professionals -exceptional job. I will use them again. Beyond satisfied with their knowledge, professionalism and work.

I checked in with a number of carpet cleaners listed here on Angie's List. I read the reviews for All Seasons, and they were impressive. I called them just four days before the cleaning because we had visitors coming. They courteously fit us into their schedule. Normally, they call one business day ahead, but we were already at that point, so we allowed them to skip the reminder. They gave me a one hour window in which they would arrive, and they were here right on time. I already knew they were a husband and wife team, so I wasn't surprised when Matt and Jessica showed up, but I was impressed by how sharp they looked. They were friendly and very professional right from the first moment. They also started treating us and our home with the respect right from the beginning. They put down mats so they wouldn't track any dirt in. They asked permission to park in our driveway. And they installed corner guards so they wouldn't damage anything. Even though I had vacuumed before they arrived, they explained just how critical a good vacuuming job was and Matt set in right away vacuuming our carpet. Jessica asked me to show her the areas we wanted cleaned, and particularly any problem areass. She very thoroughly explained the challenges some of our stains and carpet wear might present. She also gave me some tips on carpet care and addressed a few other key issues. Though she had already given me an estimate on the phone, she very carefully measured the rooms and then went over the cost of the cleaning with me. No surprises so far. Then, after completing vacuuming, they started in the cleaning process. They put some pre-spotting cleaner down (and pointed out the different smells we might encounter as they cleaned -- all of which were actually pleasant). Then, they used a machine that worked the cleaner into the carpet and loosened up the dirt. After that, they used a fancy rotary-headed machine that did the hard work - and boy did it work! I've had a lot of carpets cleaned over the years using every variety of carpet cleaning that I know of, and without a doubt, this machine (and it's human masters) did the best job I've every seen! I don't think I can post a picture here, but I have a before/after image that is unbelievable. They took great care in cleaning and still finished in a very reasonable time (as they had predicted for me). I've had other professional cleaners who appeared to be in a race to get my money and get out the door. Not Matt and Jessica. Not only did they do a very professional job, they took the time to answer my questions and to help me learn how to better care for our carpets. When they were done, the carpet was extremely clean and not even all that damp. By the way, they had put industrial fans down during the process to help with drying the carpet. They also provided "booties" for our entire family (the kids were thrilled with them) so we could walk whereever we needed without dirtying the carpet while it was still drying. The took us on a post-cleaning inspection to make sure we were happy with their job. Then, they packed up and left, and other then we have a beautiful carpet, you would have never known they were here. They left us with a folder that provided some very helpful carpet care tips and advice. And, they sent us an electronic receipt. All in all, a totally wonderful experience! Their excellent customer-oriented attitude, their professionalism, and the outstanding results make All Seasons my choice for carpet care anytime. And I will absolutely recommend them to any of my friends who need carpet cleaning. I'll finish up by discussing my "grading" system when writing reviews. I do not inflate grades -- consider a "B" to be a good grade. However I don't use all the letter grades that Angie's List provides. As long as the vendor doesn't fail me (and get an F), I use only A, B, and C. I give companies a "B" grade when they deliver as I would expect them to. Most reputable companies fall in this range. If I am disappointed in how they performed in any area, they will get a "C" for performing lower than standard. If they perform better than expected, I will consider giving them an "A". However, I don't give out "A"s lightly. You really have to impress me to get an "A". In this case, All Seasons deserved there "A" because in every category, they performed better than I would have expected. They did make me question my grading scheme a bit though, because I'm not sure an "A" is good enough. If I could, I would have given them an "A+"! Thanks Matt and Jessica -- you are the example of what all companies should be like! Outstanding job!

My only problem was that I did not have anywhere to move my living room furniture so they could do it all. I was going to try to move the furniture, but it was too heavy for me to move by myself. They offered to try, but, like I said there was no where to move. I have no complaints about the service or the price--it was worth every penny!

All Seasons was awesome. It's just a husband and wife team and they were prompt, courteous, super personable, and professional. They used rods in the dirt to keep their hoses from hitting any of my landscaping and wore booties to keep my house clean. They were friendly from the first phone call to the time they left, smiled a lot, played with my dog, and spent time talking with me about a number of tips for carpet care and maintenance. They clearly took pride in their work, worked quickly, and seemed to know the industry. They left me a bag of carpet spot cleaner with some instructions on commercial cleaners to avoid if I wanted my carpets to stay nice. Definitely current with technology, they took payment with an iPhone credit card reader, text messaged me the receipt (my choice--they had other methods available), and have a strong online presence and well-designed graphics and print materials (the husband did these himself).I don't have any absolute reference for carpet cleaning costs, but here's how it went down. On the phone they said the living room + 2 rooms would be $149 unless the living room was bigger than 250 sq. ft., in which case it would be $189. Well, my living room turned out to be bigger than 250 sq. ft. (didn't know it while I was setting the appointment). When they arrived, they said since the rooms were all empty it was gonna make their job easier so they'd go ahead and do it for $149. Then we got to talking about the stairs, which I hadn't originally thought to have cleaned...even though they NEEDED it. They said they'd include the staircase for the $189 price, which is what they could have rightfully charged in the first place. Maybe not the most amazing discount story ever told, but I thought it was pretty cool. Not every service provider you hire is that reasonable.
