All Seasons Carpet Cleaning

I have used All Seasons on my rental properties for years and they are always prompt and professional. I can count on the carpet being in the best condition possible after they leave.

I was extremely pleased with the service. They arrived on time and Matthew spent time explaining to me what they would be doing and the pricing structure. I asked him about the possibility of adding three upholstered chairs to the cleaning he graciously accommodated me and added them to the work load. I had a coffee spot in the master bedroom and they took extra time and made sure the spot was removed to my satisfaction. At the end he went over the invoice and made sure that all my questions were answered. I will definitely use All Season Carpet Cleaning again and will recommend them to my friends. Matt the owner showed up on time with his helper. They did exactly what was asked and then some. The carpets look brand new and the house smelled great.

The whole experience was way above expectations from the first phone call. I got questions answered that I didn't know I had. I wanted to get the best carpet cleaner in town for a fair price and that is exactly what I got. We own a rental home and our tenants recently moved out. Towards the end of their lease they took in a stray kitten. There was cat urine smell in several areas and I will not show or rent our house out if there is even a trace of urine smell anywhere. I also didn't just want the smell gone, I wanted it treated correctly and professionally, not just covered up temporarily. My first phone call to the company was 20 minutes long where I was given a thorough explanation on treating pet stains (especially feline which are the worst). All of my questions were answered and Matt is very, very insistent in making sure you know what to expect from the cleaning, know about carpet care, know how much he prides himself in customer satisfaction, and he gives you an idea of costs before he comes out based on his thorough questioning. I had to reschedule the appointment and he was very easy to work with on that as well as able to do it on the day I wanted. He gave me a confirmation call the day before and called 30 minutes before arrival. He arrived professionally dressed and had an identification badge on as well as a very professional and friendly disposition. His employee was very nice, mellow and seemed trustworthy as well. Matt proceeded to spend a considerable amount of time locating every problem area and telling me whether he could treat it thoroughly or if it would be cheaper to replace the flooring. We ended up removing the carpeting on the concrete stairs because there were several areas that were damaged by the cat urine and would be nearly impossible to remove all the smell. He educated us on carpet stretching, shadowing, padding, subfloor, regular maintenance and different kinds of stains ie: soda, beer, feces, etc. I will never use any other carpet cleaning company. I felt like for the job he did I got an extremely good deal. The cost was less than I anticipated even though there were several pet areas to treat. All of his equipment was very nicely kept and he was genuinely respectful of our home. There was absolutely no damage to any walls or molding. AWESOME!!

This is the third time I have had All Seasons clean my carpets. I have an elderly dog who, despite my best efforts, still has "accidents". They come in and do a wonderful job not only cleaning the carpets, but each time leave a complimentary bottle of "Home Pro Spotter" and a new white cleaning cloth which works amazingly well. All Seasons Carpet Cleaners are extremely professional and reliable. I have in the past and will continue in the future, to recommend them to friends and family. The service they provide is always the same: reliable, courteous, and professional. I love the way my carpets look, smell, and feel so clean when they are finished. It is a pleasure to do business with them. All Seasons Carpet cleaners are also honest and fair. I have had other carpet cleaners and while the job they did was adequate, the cost was much higher. I'd previously had this young married team clean love seats no one else would touch and the result was amazing....lovely and like new. My confidence in their skill was totally without reservation and, after observing their professionalism and work ethics, I also felt I could trust them COMPLETELY! We were going out of town and it seemed like the perfect opportunity to have this extensive cleaning done and give it all time to dry thoroughly with no inconvenience to us. I asked Jessica if they would come and do the work while we were gone, made arrangements for key pickup, etc., and felt wonderful knowing we'd come home to nice clean carpet and furniture. Of course, they didn't disappoint! Everything was perfect on our return. They called to let us know when they arrived and when they were finished and were about to leave our home. I can't say enough about this young couple and their work product, trustworthiness, and attitude. I couldn't be happier....unless they also did windows (smile). Love them!!

I have been using Mat and Jessica's services for 2 years now. And I could not be happier. Price is very reasonable. They are always on time, they return phone calls in a timely manner and they treat my house with respect. And best of all they keep my carpets looking like new. I have used 3 other cleaning companies in the treasure valley before, but will never go back. Mat does not make unreasonable guarantees like some of the other companies, but rest assured that his services are not any less competent than other company's. He successfully removed pet stain, Kool-Aid, play dough, marker stains and lipstick off my carpets in the past. 5 star service all around.

I called All Seasons and ask them any question I have about a very expensive area rug is worth thousands and one of my animal peed on it and also threw up. I was really worried they could not be able to clean it but they told me what to do until they could be there to clean it and it worked. Excellent educationon needs for upholstery, floor coverings and charges for work to be performed! Very thorough cleaning equipment not nearly as loud as others, very pleasant and professional!!

We are thrilled! Twice in the past 10 years we contacted well known companies to obtain estimates for cleaning these two small couches and each time were told it couldn't be done.....but Matt and Jessica did it - and they are beautiful!! The couches in question presented challenges: They are white cotton (could shrink), they are 35 years old (fabric could be weak and/or deteriorating), and they have down-filled cushions (require extra care to prevent odor and staining). No wonder no one else wanted to touch them!! Matt and Jessica arrived, even a little earlier than scheduled (they'd called ahead to be sure an early arrival was o.k.), ready for the challenge. They worked diligently at the tedious task - actually cleaning the couches by hand with great care. We had a little apprehension but wanted them to try and within minutes, our confidence in their knowledge and professionalism laid any doubts or fears to rest. Our old dirty couches are perfectly clean and like new. Our whole experience with this young couple couldn't have been more pleasant or positive. We have now arranged for them to come back to clean another two couches and our carpet and have no apprehension at all!!! We are anxious to share this wonderful experience with all our friends who may need their services. They are the BEST.

On time, professional, left a bottle of spot cleaner and nice new cloth to clean pet stains. Very pleasant and courteous. Took time to explain the process to me and to let me know the stains may come back. ( I expected this). I have already scheduled them for another appointment. Will refer to friends.

I've used the Mitchells multiple times for carpets as well as tile cleaning. Their attention to detail is superb. They take whatever steps necessary to remove stains and deep clean making sure the owner is aware and approves the entire process. I will use them again and tell others about their commitment to quality.

All Seasons Carpet Cleaning was punctual and very professional. The husband/wife team worked well together, and they took pride in their work. They clearly explained what they would be doing, how long the process would take, answered all my questions, and even offered sound advice on carpet care. And I love the bottle of spot remover they left me! My almost-white carpeting looks and smells fantastic, and I am extremely pleased with the results. I gave them just 48 hours notice since I had company arriving sooner than expected, and they were here in 24 hours to take care of my needs! They arrived promptly, gave me a brief and professional presentation about what sets them apart and what I can expect from their services, including how they would clean animal stains, and they answered all of my questions about their abilities, products, etc. without any hesitation. They were friendly and helpful with my furniture, the carpets cleaned up beautifully, and their professionalism was far above any other I've used. They even left a bottle of excellent spot remover with me as a thank you! I'm a local realtor who uses carpet cleaning services often for my homes, and I will absolutely use them in the future as well as recommend them to my clients whenever needed!

The husband & wife team are fantastic. They explain the process & go straight to work. We had just had the carpet cleaned when we moved here in August. All Seasons did a much better job then the last company.

They performed the work from start to finish and keep us up to date with all the work that they did, I am so happy with all seasons because they always do such great work.

From the beginning phone call to the follow-up call on cleaning services performed, the experience was exceptional. I would definitely hire the company again. The price seemed a bit high, but probably in-line with other companies. More than anything, I felt I was treated with the utmost integrity and honesty.
