Description of Work: I had a stinky front room from some dog accidents and now there is absolutely no smell and you can't even tell it was cleaned except that it looks brand new! So very pleased and he came so quickly and was so accommodating! I was very grateful! Would highly recommend!

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet throughout house. Our home is a bit bigger, about 5100 sf, but is not all carpeted so he asked how many rooms and halls and stairways; then Matt gave me a quote over the phone that was per room. When he got here he saw how things were laid out and went ahead and measured out rooms and the price ended up lower than the per room quote. I thought that was very customer services oriented of him and honest too. |He was here for about 6 hours - again, larger house plus he did carpet protection throughout. He certainly worked the whole time and the results were great. |I was very pleased with his honest assessment of the whole house, but particularly that he did such a great job on my boy's playroom that opens up to the back yard and has constant traffic and wear and tear. He understood that I want to replace it but am waiting for the boys to get a bit older. I seriously could not believe how great it looked - you probably wouldn't believe how bad it looked before! It cleaned up so well I scheduled him to come back and stretch the carpet in that room to help it last another year or two! |Would absolutely recommend!

Description of Work: Provider did not actually perform work for me as provider and I decided that because dog urine damage was so extensive to my carpet that the only financially viable solution to the problem was to remove the carpet and pad, paint the sub floor with a sealant and replace the carpet and pad with new. I really appreciated owners honest forthright info.

We have found it difficult to find any good overall services in this area, and so All Season's surprised us. We chose them because of everyone's recommendations on Angie's List (which we finally joined in desperation of finding quality workmanship in all areas); excellent choice! We absolutely found no problem in any way with this company (rare to be able to make this comment). Plus all the A's we offer above, may we include Friendliness also! Description of Work: We had them clean our living room, two bedrooms and hallway carpets. We also had them put a protector on the carpets. They did a super job and were very helpful and knowledgable. The carpets looked awesome. We did a walk through after they were done and they explained what they did in certain areas. It was a great experience and we would use them in the future and will consider them to clean our tile floors too.

 + -1 moreThe All Seasons Carpet Cleaning Team is the best! Team Captains Matthew & Jessica are wonderful! I came across All Seasons through a Google search "Boise Carpet Cleaners" All Seasons was first on the list with multiple stars! I clicked on their link and was taken to their great informative website. Very user friendly website!! I appreciate that as a customer since I do all my searches online. I used the online appointment scheduler. The next day I received a phone call from Jessica. Very friendly and happy to answer all my questions. Jessica referred to my inquiry and asked about the specifics of the areas I wanted to get cleaned. She provided me with a very reasonable quote & told me that once she able to measure my carpets she would then be able to give me an accurate quote. I of course scheduled my appointment. The day before my schedule date I received a reminder call from Jessica. The morning of my schedule date Jessica called and was able to provide me with a 20 min window of their arrival. Jessica and Matthew promptly arrived and greeted me with a friendly smile. I showed them the areas and Jessica measured and gave me a quote. They offer military discounts and I received a !5% discount:) Matthew and Jessica explained to me in detail the steps they would be taking for the cleaning process. Matthew even explained to me how the cleaning machine worked and how it cleans the fibers to give me the best clean possible. Total time was approx. 2 hrs. They really took their time and even moved & placed my couches on foam risers. As Jessica & I did the final walk through I can see an immediate results! Not only did my carpets smell clean but, looked so fresh & clean!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL SEASONS CARPET CLEANERS!!! Matthew & Jessica have my business from now on! Family owned and Local! 5 stars A+++++ Thank you Matthew & Jessica!!

 + -1 moreWe moved removed all items from our tables and underneath furniture (storage bins under beds, small items on floors) in preparation for Craig's arrival. He took care of moving all large pieces of furniture. When we arrived home our carpets looked great!
Description of Work: Cleaned all of our carpets including stairs and moved furniture around as needed. We were very pleased with how our carpets look, like new again. Reasonably priced for the quality of work that was done.

 + 0 moreI had called around to a few different upholstery cleaners to get quotes, and All Seasons seemed like the most reasonable. They came over on time and were very friendly and informative. I liked that they were very careful about not tracking any dirt into the house (even though it's kind of a mess to begin with): they put down mats and towels, and wore booties on their shoes indoors. The furniture looks great!

The explained everything to me and showed me how to protect me investment. They used wall guards, shoe covers, interior hose and they even gave me a free spotting bottle.
