The whole process was very smooth and pleasant. He was very informative and friendly to work with. He was always prompt with responses and worked quickly to make sure that we got taken care of. They were able to install water softener and drinking filter w/faucet. Everything from quote process to install went great and the product is working fantastic - we could not be happier!

In mid-November we moved into a beautifully remodeled old house on 19 Acres outside of Caldwell ID. The house had a standard water softener; but we found that the water smelled and tasted strongly of Sulfur, there were black stains at the water lines in the toilet tanks, our shower fixtures were being eaten into, and, when we machine washed true silverware, it turned black. We had two water conditioning companies look at the problem and give us a quote. All About Water seemed to be the more professional and knowledgable so we gave them go ahead on the install on Thursday 3/6/14. They use a tech service (Future Techs) and the technician Bruno to do the analyses and installs. Bruno was prompt, puntcual, and professional. He did a water analysis and determined that our water problems included too high a concentration of Manganese in the well water. He rebedded and tested the operation of our existing softener, added an improved inlet solids filter (because our older smaller filters were being overwhelmed with clay and sand) and added an air-oxidized Clack Centaur Activated Carbon system. All of this was finished yesterday (3/9/14) just three days after pushing the and quot;go buttonand quot;. For the first time the odor and bad taste is gone from the water, and we are free from the requirement to buy bottled drinking water. The final cost was the estimate amount to the penny with no and quot;Oh, you need thisand quot; or and quot;This add-on would really helpand quot; expenses. It was a completely painless home improvement job done promptly by a very professional and knowledgable team. I would recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.

Bill was exceptional to work with. He first tested our water and then recommended 3 different types of systems and completely explained how each one worked, benefits and cost. He was very prompt with all aspects of the sale and installation. The whole transaction couldn't have gone any smoother. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone who is thinking about a water softener and/or filtration system. I've never had better tasting water come out of my tap anywhere!

He is very good. He is professional and is an expert at water filtration. He is kind and carries my 5 gallon water bottles to my car. I will use him again in the future.
