After the bottom of our water heater rusted out, Steve came out and inspected the damage soon after we called. The next day, he arrived with, and installed, the new and improved water heater at, what I thought, was a fair price. He also inspected our heater and AC system, while I was complaining about it, and gave me a free quote for replacements. Again, the price for the heater/ac replacement sounded fair to me but I'm a "use it till it breaks" kind of guy, much to my wife's despair. I would definitely recommend Steve for any of my neighbors or friends.

They've always done a really good job. They've always been fantastic, we cannot say enough nice about them. They're quite honest and reliable. We've had issues with our air conditioner when it wasn't working and they have gotten out right away so I'd say that they're very reliable and honest people. They have very good responsiveness.

We have used Steve Smith for years and he keeps our heating and cooling system working. He has been terrific and we use nobody else. He comes quickly and knows what he is doing. He is very professional and has taken time to teach us how to service our equipment ourselves for the small maintenance issues. He takes good care of us and I will use him again in the future.
