Alex from Advanced Heating and Cooling did a great job. He was on time, was very careful moving his ladder and equipment through the condo and into the attic, and took his time explaining what he saw and what would need to be done to fix it. He approached the service of the unit and the troubleshooting of the intermittent thermostat issue very professional and systematic. As a result he presented us with two options on how to fix it, one where he would do all of the repair work with an estimate, and one where we (the homeowner), if comfortable, could do the repair work (i.e. replace the thermostat). We really appreciated that. We asked for his card as we are planning on using home from now on for all of our HVAC service and repair needs. In summary: great guy, great service, great price!!!

It went very well. He pulled off all the doors on furnace, brought a new filter, checked the warmth of furnace, check the air conditioning temperature, coolant. Derek was very nice, professional & prompt.

Employees are friendly, techs are professional. I have had an extremely difficult time getting follow through without several phone calls addressing the same issue which is frustrating. Alex was out today addressing an issue with the condensation pump, very professional, friendly, and renewed my faith in why I went with Advanced to begin with, service!

Last year, I had this company install a new heating/cooling system. For this year, the AC and furnace service checks have been complementary. He checked out the furnace and replaced the filter. In addition, since I have a zonal heating/cooling system,he checked the downstairs and upstairs thermostats. Plus, he also checked my gas fireplace. Stewart was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and answered any questions I had about the furnace. I have been using this company for 16 years, and have always received excellent service.

He found the reason for the furnace not kicking on and fixed it. He checked other areas of the system and ordered a part to function more efficiently. I was very pleased with Eric!

Apollo, the technician is always so kind and courteous to everyone here in our church office. He always explains everything he is going to do before working. He always cleans up afterwards. We have never had any issues or problems. They always come in a timely manner. So friendly. He calls ahead to let us know when he will be out, cleans up after himself, and is all together safe and friendly. Our Church highly recommends Advanced heating and Air Conditioning. They are always willing to come out in a timely fashion. We use them on our quarterly program which is feasible and it is so nice to not have to schedule them to come out, they just do it.

This was an annual furnace maintenance. It went very well, Derek was very professional and nice, he also explained things very thoroughly. He took the time to make suggestions and call to see if a specific part was under warranty.

Minor problem that was fixed within 2 hour service call. I have to applaud Derek Uber as he was polite, professional, and kind! I recommend using Advanced H & C for service. I will be adding their bi annual maintenance as well as Derek mentioned it in conversation but did not push it on me (which I appreciate!) He serviced my furnace and found the battery wasn't as efficient as good be. I am a preventative person before trouble starts. He fixed it and also checked the carbon monoxide and heat efficiency. Every thing was great. Next month I am going to buy your service contract. Thank you for a great job.
