It was a great experience!
Description of Work: Eric came to our home to service both our furnace and a/c. He was so awesome in explaining everything to me and not pressuring me to replace parts even though they were working, just maybe not as good as they could be. He was very detailed in his work and went over his checklist with me! I am grateful to Eric and his hard work, he did a great job!

Description of Work: They checked out a failure of one furnace to turn on. Checked all wire connections and switches. Once they found the issue was the thermostat not being securely connected, they proceeded to check out all other systems which may have contributed and checked filter and proper temp. Very professional and thorough.
