He is extremely thorough and isn’t the guy trying to get in and out to get off to the next job. His report was very professional and explained everything in a way I could understand. Description of Work: Tom Krantz of Accurate Home Inspections was on time and spent enough time on the inspection that we felt confident in our buying decision. He seemed very knowledgeable about the inspection of the home and we felt he gave us added information that was helpful and will be helpful in the future. We felt he was professional and gave us information that was over and above other what was on the written report. He gave us lots of information at the time of the inspection and also produced a report with pictures for the loan papers. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Description of Work: Tom cam and did a Sellers inspection for me as I am putting my home up for sale. He came early ,was very professional and helped me a great deal. When he found things that needed to be fixed he showed me where and how to, or told me great resources for repairs with an estimate of cost.,so I would not be over charged. He taught me a lot and helped me get my house prepared for sale. Now I I don't have to worry that anything will deter a buyer. I am very glad I hired him and gave him a chance after the other persons review when they didn' t even read their inspection report closely. He gave me great tips and insights. Thanks!

+ -1 moreThe inspector was friendly and easy to talk to. He provided lots of useful information about the house. However, he missed several problems. He didn't notice the pressure relief valve on the water heater was leaking and causing serious water damage. Two days after closing on this house, I discovered water damage in the wall, in the crawlspace and under the floor of the bathroom and laundry room. From the crawlspace, I discovered a mess that smelled badly and looked like it had been wet from the leak for years. I'm not sure why he missed it. Fortunately, repairing the problem was not expensive.
Description of Work: Inspection of a house that I later purchased.
