+ 0 moreSascha did an excellent job. He was punctual, informative, and good to deal with. He replaced the window sash without any problems however, because our windows were 16-years-old they had been discontinued so the correct vinyl glazing bead was difficult to find. At first his supplier ordered the incorrect glazing bead (which took 10-days to be delivered). When they discovered the problem, they hunted down the only supplier in the Boise area who carries it - of course we had to pay a higher price for it! Once the correct vinyl glazing bead was in hand, the installation went hassle free! The repaired windows with the freshly painted house look awesome! Bonus, we now have some extra glazing bead to perform any emergency repairs!
Description of Work: After 16-years of wear and tear on the house windows (which are vinyl), one window's sash was broken and need replacing. Also, the hot afternoon sun beats down on the front of our house and most of the vinyl glazing bead was either broken or missing. As we have just had our house painted, these broken glazing beads were an eye-sore. Sascha replaced the glazing bead and replaced the broken sash.
