A-1 CHEM-DRY CARPET CLEANING

Ok. He was very polite and worked hard while I was there. I had to leave, so don't know if he spent the majority of time in one room.

I was moving into a new home. I had 1500 sq ft of carpet to be cleaned, including stairs. The former owner had dogs, so we wanted to be sure we got all the dog hair out of the house, and have it sterilized. The worker showed up on time and was very polite and efficient. He cleaned all carpets and my stair case. He spent maybe 90 minutes in the house. Their cleaning method is supposed to be very good (not soap, quick drying, sterilized carpet). I was pleased with the results, but in the end I can't say it was worth the 964$ spent, this is several times more expensive than other companies, of course for different cleaning methods. That is why I rated the price as 'fair', but overall gave them a 'good' rating, and said I would use them again (if moving into a house that had dogs, otherwise maybe not).

Our service man cleaned 2 rooms, moved furniture where necessary , cleaned 8 dining room chairs and overall did an outstanding job. The phone person was friendly and professional and I would recommend the A1 chem Dry team without hesitation. My wife is is more of a perfectionist also gave the A1 Chem dry team an A+. We needed to juggle our appointment and the A1 Chem Dry phone receptionist could not have been more friendly, professional and accommodating. She was like Harry Potter in making it Happen. A Wizardess!!

Arrived on time. Procedure took about an hour.

I have used this company before to clean carpets and have usually been pleased with the results. This time was terrible however. The technician was more interested in his iPod than the carpet. The carpet was wet for at least 24 hours after he left. Spots came back within a month.

He's very thorough and even helped us get finger nail polish out of the carpets once. He gives a list of things to do to keep the carpets cleaner longer between the times he comes out, and his prices are reasonable. He does a very good job overall! My mom, sister, and friends have used his services as well, and they've been pleased.
