I would recommend them.

The installation exceeded my expectation. I wanted the downspouts to point toward the east. When they installed them they moved the downspout around the corner and pointed them east. This was better than what I thought. It keeps the water from going on the concrete and still leaves me full access to the back of the shop and my shed. They also slanted the 54 foot long gutters so the installation was really seamless. An excellent job and would be the first company I would recommend to others and will use them again if I need further gutter work.

Incomplete. A very nice man arrived quickly after my request and provided a bid I judged acceptable. I asked that he complete the project, [remove & install 25 ft. of seamless gutter] and send me a copy of the bid knowing mine was a small project and would not be completed for 2-3 weeks. The bid was received on May 26-2016. After waiting 2-3 weeks I emailed a request for estimated installation date. After a week I called leaving a voice mail request. No response. On 6-28 I drove to the Nampa address to find FED-X occupying the listed address. Now I'm looking for another dealer.

Still waiting on the gutter guards to be installed. But the main install went well.

They were able to fix my roof on 1 hour notice, before the big thunderstorm came. Thanks, Robert!

The repair person, Jeff was very personable and explained everything to us. He went above and beyond showing me how to re-program my exterior entry pad. He was so sweet to my 3 year old granddaughter who wanted to watch everything he did.

I recently moved to Boise, bought a home that needed a roof and contacted several roofers. I was a little afraid due to not knowing anyone in Id. Redux bid on my roof and the price he bid was beyond fair. Redux replaced my roof, worked with me, great communication and prompt. Have not received the bill for the repair, however, if the estimate was correct, it was a fair price. Work was done promptly and within the time specified. It hasn't rained yet, so am not aware if the repair did or did not correct the problem.

Robert was very pleasant on the phone. Jim came out right away (on his way to a personal evening engagement) to fix my garage door opener. He worked quickly with no complaints about the change in his plans and was very personable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing to me and even reprogrammed my external remote and lubricated the wheels and hinges on the door for no additional charge. The price was very reasonable. Below the other two estimates I got. I will call them again when I need to replace my doors.

They were very professional and courteous. They came back at night and covered when there was possible showers. They work hard and long to finish ahead of schedule.

Was told it would take an hour and a half, ended up being three hours and fifteen minutes.
