+ -1 moreit took him a month to come see the job and then never sent an estimate like he said and never called or came over again. i have sick house syndrome and cannot fix the problem ( lack of air circulation) until someone comes here and does the work. i would not recomend him to my worst enemy, for the apparent lack of customer care.
Description of Work: the provider came to see the job,and 4 months later i have not seen or heard from him, nothing!

Description of Work: Richard installed our windows that we ordered from lowes. He came and installed them in January of 2012. He was very pleasant and explained everything and the job was finished in a day and a half, he also went out of his way to help us fix our shower in the bathroom window. He was great and I would hire him to do anything.

+ 0 moreMy mother (age 70) contracted Richard of Riverdale to remodel her bathroom for her handicapped aunt who was moving in with her in a month. He was to order and install a walk-in jetted tub and a taller toilet. He removed the existing tub and toilet before he ordered the walk-in tub which took months to receive. The contractor could not be reached by phone and would not return calls when messages were left. My elderly mother was very stressed over her bathroom being in such disarray, even after her aunt showed up, that she had a heart attack and ended up in the hospital. Two months after being contracted for the job, he said it was complete. The tub did not have a fast drain system in it as was promised, the marble tile work above the tub was uneven with corners of the tile sticking out here and there and the tub door leaked. Again there was no response to phone calls made to the contractor. We finally gave up on contacting him about the situation.
Description of Work: Contractor was asked to remodel a bathroom. Replace old tub and toilet with a taller toilet and a walk-in jetted tub.
