I had an excellent experience with this company. Colt was prompt and very professional. I will hire him again for other projects if I need to. My expectations were exceeded.

The employee who performed this job was very friendly and respectful. That being said, I was quoted one rate and charged another. I was expecting it to be lower because of the square footage.I probably would have been happier but I felt that he didn't do a thorough job. We had minimal furniture in the house and yet he didn't move it or even try to perform the task. They did come back to try to remove the stains, but they are still there. I appreciate their effort here. I was also told that they would refund $50 dollars but that never happened either. I think it is a good company but they need to work on promising what they say.

They called several times to report that they were on the way - they were very late. They did a very thorough job and were very professional. Would hire them again.

They dislodged my dryer vent under my house when cleaning it, then left me to figure out how to reconnect it. They said they don't fix that when they break it! I had to call another real HVAC company to reconnect my venting. I should have just called a real HVAC company in the first place. Way to take responsibility!

Did a very good job. They even went on the roof when it was dangerous conditions.

Very honest guys. When they arrived at my home and evaluated the problem they discovered my mold problem was only on the surface. Therefore they sprayed it and don't charge me. Would definitely hire them in the future.

VERY FAST, THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. DISCONNECTED A DUCT FROM THE REGISTER AND HAD IT RECONNECTED IN BETTER CONDITION WITHIN HALF AN HOUR.
