+ -1 moreHad one provider tell us that our whole system needed to be replaced. They sent through a three level quote. The highest level was $14k! Called Home Protect and they sent out Ken's Pha Services. The technician was very experienced and knowledgeable. Problem was found to be a factory defect in the heat pump. A four-ton replacement unit from Trane was selected valuing $1300. The unit was delivered within a week and was installed by Ken's Pha. Wonderful prompt courteous service. Got the AC fixed before the heatwave. Would recommend. Would use again.
Description of Work: Replaced heatpump for HVAC system. Old system failed due to manufacturer defect. New system is outstanding! Competitors quotes for same service ranged from $4k to $6k for just the heatpump. Price quoted above ($1400) was the cost of goods and services, not the amount paid. Amount paid was $100, the rest was covered by Home Protect, an insurance company.
