 + 1 moreHe did an excellent job of vent location, measuring airflow in and out per cubic foot, as well as locating the vents to create an even heating through out the entire 2,700 sq ft home. We had to locate someone to take and removed the old radiators, but he took care of making sure our home was economically comfortable. The ONLY drawback was his schedule, with shortage of workers available to him and as many jobs as he had, it did take us 3 weeks to get it in, but that was before the cold set in. We recognize the factor of location and resources, but I would hire Matt in a second if I needed his skills again!
Description of Work: A complete, start from scratch HVAC system installation on my 1920 Craftsman home. The home never had forced air heat prior, but an old steam boiler with radiators. They installed the furnace, the propane line, and the circuit, let alone the complete HVAC venting. He also re-plumbed the entire main-frame plumbing in the basement with Pex Flex line plumbing to streamline the old original plumbing in the house and make room for the vents he needed to install. His name is: Matthew Edlefsen.
