Called me back immediately to setup a time to come over. Then shower on time to diagnose the problem. Setup a follow up apt to return and complete the job.

An electrician called me within ten minutes of my reaching out, and set up an appointment to come the next day and fix the wiring of a GFI outlet in my kitchen. As he worked, he showed me what he was doing and taught me how the wiring works. The knowledge he imparted was by itself worth the cost of the labor.
