+ -1 moreThere were 3 girls for the first time cleaning and they were here for about 2 hours and were very fast and thorough.
Description of Work: She came out and cleaned my house. She dusted and scrubbed my floors. She also cleaned my shower and windows. It was basically a spring cleaning where she did all of this and vacuumed.

+ -1 moreThey show up with different help often and they don't tell the new people how you want your house cleaned. I heard one of the workers mumble something nasty about me after she was finished here one day and was headed out to her car.
Description of Work: They need to scrub floors with scrub brushes, not just lightly go over floors with smelly "cleaners" and dirty rags. House smelled worse after they left than it did before they arrived. They used dirty, smelly rags to "clean" my bathroom. That smell lingered until I cleaned the bathroom again myself with clean rags. They need to be more careful vacuuming and not slam the vacuum against table legs. They need to slow down and take their time instead of rushing to get to the next job. IMO, one of the workers needs to spend less time in front of a mirror and more time cleaning.
