Description of Work: Sucked up the water, pulled up old carpet, removed base trim, used air purifiers, fans, called abatement co...still waiting for the final things. It took a bit longer as they said there were several floods in the area & ''current floods take precident'' because of mold threats etc...also I work retail & the boss wouldn't let me take time off so I had to rely on others to be here, then Chris mas season. All in all they were polite, efficient & sympathetic. The young man on call even came out on his own to assess the situation so I didn't have to pay two service calls. They seem willing to work on payment for the deductible.

Description of Work: Water line broke in crawl space. They responded immediately, were very professional and knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job. Would definitely use them again if needed.

Prompt arrival and removal of damaged areas but the positives end there. Constantly dealt with lieing about progress from Project Manager Rich. When asked about why work was not being completed and why the work was so poor Rich would yell at me, the customer, and even throw papers around the office. He even tried to tell me that I did not have a bathroom door, because he forgot to include it in his estimate and the insurance company was not going to pay for it. So instead of contacting the insurance company he told me I did not have a bathroom door. The drywall was far below amateur standards. They did not fill nail holes, did not get new trim to evenly match old trim, retouched walls but not even the same color as the old wall. The trim around the door did not meet at a corner but rather stopped leaving a 3 inch gap. I could go on but overall not one aspect of the construction was professional quality and the owner explained it to me in the following way. He said that they trust their workers and that it is their workers fault. They have too many projects to check them as it goes and trust that their employees do a good job. So not once will your project be checked by a supervisor or a manager and they will lie over and over to you. Do not use this company, avoid at all costs. A horrible experience!
