Very kind man and seem to be thorough; Upon moving in found some serious code violations. I contacted the company he fixed one of the problems he came out and fixed one of the problems for at his cost, no cost to me, I asked about the more serious code violation and he has not called me back. I would not use KK consultants again.

We had Dean over for our home inspection. He was on time and took his time to do the inspection. He took a good 5 hours to go over each items and made notes. He had good pragmatic approach to test the rotting wood and tools to measure things like carbon monoxide and thermal leak. Overall I think he did a very good job of inspection. He would take pictures of things to show the problems. He would run all appliances to ensure they are in running condition. After going with him over each components I felt like he did an excellent job of home inspection. He would also explain things that you may have questions about. I would definitely recommend Dean for home inspection. He charged $330 for 3900 sq ft home inspection in Moscow area.

The inspector was prompt, professional and courteous. He was very thorough including crawling around the crawl space to look for leaks in plumbing, drainage problems, etc. He also went into the attic to inspect insulation. I was impressed with his knowledge and how he went about his business. He wrote a thorough report including pictures and provided electronic copies to the realator and myself. I can't imagine anyone could have done a better job.

Paul arrived right on time and got right to the inspection. He was prepared with all the right tools was very thorough from top to bottom. We were allowed to walk through the inspection with him (took an hour and a half) and he explained everything he was looking at and the pros and cons of what he was seeing. I especially thought the thermal imaging was most informative since we had concerns about leaks the home had had in the past. His report was thorough and easy to read and understand. We would recommend Paul for al your inspection needs.

Dean spent 5.5 hours with my husband going through every aspect of the home and supplied a printed report that same afternoon before they left the house. The house we were looking at was built in 1965 and sits on 6 acres in a rural area. He was extremely thorough, pointing out several things that needed attention including foundation, roofing, electrical, etc. We already knew the home needed a lot of work, but Dean helped us move forward with a decision to purchase with our eyes wide open. At his suggestion, we spoke to several contractors and now have an even better idea of what needs to be done on the house. He has been extremely kind in answering numerous calls from me, including a very long conversation after the inspection to explain things to me since I wasn't able to be there with my husband when the inspection was done. He has continued to answer emails from me with further questions and requests for advice. We plan to keep his report as a reference as we go through the remodel and updating of our new home.
