+ -1 moreGood old-fashioned service in this day of big-box stores with buy-guess-and-by-gosh references for contractors (if needed). Delivery when promised--no "between this hour and that", and delivery-men were efficient and cheerful. Moreover, they had a competent (and equally prompt and conscientious) professional complete the installation. I was surprised to get a follow-up call asking how it all went! In fine, if you need a large appliance or bed, visit this place first. They're the best.
Description of Work: I needed a large appliance, and went here on the suggestion of a neighbor. They had a sale going, and the salesman was attentive without being overbearing: Simply asked what I was looking for, then left me to make my selection. Once I'd decided on the item and the sale was made, he right away got on the telephone with the professional required to coordinate his schedule with the delivery. Both the installer and the delivery-men were here at the hour promised. The delivery-men were efficient and cheerful, and the installer was certainly everything the salesman said he was: Experienced, prompt, and professional.
