+ -1 moreI am an out of the area landlord that needed a tenants drain cleaned. Not only was I able to get service scheduled immediately in his busy schedule he was able to get the job done quickly without the overinflated service price of other local competitors for a quick in and out project. We discussed cost of service ahead of time and he stuck to what he said without hidden charges. He protected my integrity with my tenants and was professional. Highly recommend to the greater L/C valley.

+ 0 moreI was very very pleased with Chris's work to clear out my main line. He also made sure every other line throughout the house was clear. His fee was more reasonable than any other and he was very conscientious, courteous and clean. I would highly recommend him!
Description of Work: I had water slowly backing up over the past year every time I washed a load of clothes. I suspected tree roots were invading the line far out from the house. Chris was able to clear the line. Then he made sure every line in the house was clear as well.

+ 0 moreChris has been cleaning my drains and sewer line annually for the past 5-6 years and I would never use anyone else. He is that good! He is professional, personable, and does excellent work. He explains the situation well, offers a range of solutions, suggests preventative measures, and is very clear about prices. His rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Chris at Clearwater Rooter Service to anyone with drain or sewer issues!
Description of Work: I have an old house with a sewer line that needs to be cleared of tree roots every year. I used to clean it myself with a rented sewer line snake, but finally decided to hire someone, and called Chris. He uses a professional snake with a cutting blade to cut through roots and blockages and scopes the line with a camera to make sure it's clear. He installed an extra cleanout to make it easier to access a problematic place in my line (and thus cheaper for me). He double checks to make sure every drain in the house is running cleanly before he leaves. And he does all this without making any kind of mess!
