It went well. I had not done the maintenance on the unit (other than filter changes) - so it was way overdue. Chris inspected all the components, disassembling several and cleaned them thoroughly. It took some extra time due to the maintenance not being performed in the past and furnace being quite dirty. He measured key furnace operational parameters, documented them and explained them to me. He listened to some of the issues I reported to him on air distribution (temperature) in the house - and he inspected and adjusted some of the discharge diffusers to optimize the air flow - and coached me on future adjustments. When he entered the house - he wore foot covers to protect our floors. Part of their service is to provide (install) a new filter at the conclusion of the maintenance. All work was done very professionally and was explained thoroughly.

We've had the same technician, Gerald, on all four visits. He is skilled, efficient, honest and polite at all times, as well as very thoughtful about calling ahead to alert us to any adjustments in his arrival time (he's usually early). He's provided very straightforward advice and pricing quotes on features and/or alterations we've inquired about. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Chris did a thorough, professional job. Polite, informative, and left things clean. Furnace is working great now. Will use Ultimate again! The fee of 158.00 is for both furnace service now and AC service in the spring.

They were scheduled to be here between 2 and 4. Arrived a 2:05 and called first.. Very professional throughiut the service.

Chris was my technician and he was wonderful. He came right when he said he was going to. He was very friendly and courteous, clean cut and safe. I completely trust him. He gave me a few pointers on how to help my furnace and heat in my home work more efficiently. He gave me an extra filter for future use. He did a thorough job and finished in a timely manner. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him!

It went very well. They were on time. The technicians discovered that there was a problem with the duct work to the outside and made sure by checking with the supervisor that they were making the correct repairs to meet current code. They reconnect a piece of duct work under my house that was loose. The supervisor called me to explain what had to be done and then came out later in the day to make sure it had been done right. They cleaned up after themselves and explained exactly how every thing worked. The new system works so much better than the old one. In addition, they give a 10% discount for paying cash and sent me cookies as a thank you for choosing them.

They sent a representative - Scott - to our house within two days. What I really liked, in addition to being very personable and professional, was that he asked questions about our usage, listened, and directed us to a right sized system. They mentioned that they may be out a few weeks, but that they would try to schedule things earlier if possible - to that end, they scheduled us the next week. Chris was the installer assigned, and (like Scott) was very professional and personable. It was an installation into a 100 year old house, and Chris handled things very well. It took about five hours, start to finish, including the city inspection. Chris answered my questions at a technical level I could understand, pointed out issues with my previous AC unit, and left behind a very clean work area when he was done. During the install, Scott dropped in to check on things as well as help if needed, and Chris' supervisor also stopped by. The attention given to our job was very impressive. We used Ultimate 14 years ago in our first summer in our house. It was the 4th of July weekend, was hitting over a hundred, and our A/C went out (of course). Calling around on a holiday weekend was seemingly futile until I got down the the "U's" in the yellow pages. Ultimate's number was the only one being answered by a living human, and they responded quickly to our situation. After this latest experience, I'm glad to see that their philosophy of quality and personal service has not changed.

Gerald Graham was my technician. He was wonderful! He was prompt, courteous and efficient. He was honest and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Scheduling was a breeze. I've never had a problem getting through to the office or getting a response. I would recommend Ultimate to anyone needing service.

My 15 year old furnace was not working well, and it wasn't just lack of service. Ultimate Heating & Air Inc helped diagnose the problem and provided quotes to repair as well as replace the units. I shopped around and received 7 other quotes from companies in the valley, spending way too many hours comparing the bids. In the end, I purchased new Bryant units from Ultimate Heating & Air at a very competitive price and with a great warranty. We had been having trouble with our water heater for years, and Ultimate Heating and Air had a great deal so we replaced that as well. They really worked to understand my needs, even better than I did. The guarantee on their work is impressive, and the company has a history and reputation in the valley of reliably standing behind their work. The crew who installed the new units were very professional yet friendly. They made sure I understood what they were going to do and why. They were on time and even humored my kids when they wanted to see what was being done. There were one or two smallish issues during the installation, but the crew handled those issues well and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. The installation began on time and lasted just as long as expected. They made sure we had a working furnace/AC by the end of the first day in order to be comfortable overnight. The project took a day and a half, and they cleaned up at the end of each day very well. I am very satisfied and would strongly recommend Ultimate Heating and Air to anyone. Ron, the technician from Ultimate Heating and Air walked through a number of diagnostics and explained the factors that could influence the performance of our A/C. He took his time and made sure that I was satisfied with the service provided. We have used Ultimate Heating and Air for a number of years for maintenance and problems (rare), and they have always been an excellent company for us.

Chris arrived right on time. He was very friendly, thorough and professional. This is the third time that I used Ultimate Heating in the last couple of months as I had two previous heating emergencies. I am extremely impressed with this company and the people they send out. We have had issues concerning our air conditioner since we bought our house brand new in 2006. The air conditioner has been replaced, recharged and and various amount of other things being done. We have not had a cool house in eight years. We kept calling various heating and cooling experts and they all worked on the air conditioner without satisfactory results. Ultimate Heating and Cooling outlined a different approach after talking to us about the issues we were having. They were informed us it could be our duct work. A team member from Ultimate Heating and Air came out to my home to inspect everything and to make some recommendations, During the initial review, he was under the house inspecting the ducts and found several lines that had come undone, some that were run incorrectly and many other issues. He found similar issues in my attic. He even took pictures of the problem areas for me to see since I did not join him in crawling in the attic and the crawl space. He gave me clear explanations of the problems. When they came to do the service, they fixed all the disconnected issues and added lines where they were needed plus some other issues were addressed. They were very polite clean and respectful at all times while in my home. They sent six technicians to get the job done in just one day so that we would not be inconvenienced. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and would never consider calling another company for service. Our problem took eight years to find a company who could diagnose our problem in a single afternoon and fix it in a single days visit. Ultimate Heating and Cooling, you rock! Our repair was expensive as it was not a simple one; but it was worth every penny.

They have a very good service and I have no problem with them. They're very confident and they keep going back to adjust things to our new system. They work their obligations. Their knowledge of system is good, their comportment is also good and everything went very well.

Unfortunately for me we had to order a rather expensive part. |But, the punctuality and service was great. I will continue to use them!

They always do the work well and on time. They take care of everything and explain the work they are doing. They do great follow through. I think they are polite, nice, and generally good guys.

It went great! Travis at Ultimate Heating came to our house and did a thorough walkthrough/evaluation of our home. Due to space constraints we wanted to move our furnace from the basement to the attic. Travis brainstormed all the possibilities and provided a detailed proposal of the work to be performed. He discussed all of the details with us and there were no surprises or hidden costs. It was easy to get the work scheduled. The workers were very professional and courteous. The work performed was very high quality and our new heating/AC system works great. We will definitely be using them for any heating/AC needs in the future.
