Very friendly service.

On time, on budget. They had to do so extra electrical and plumbing work to install the new water heater. They didn't charge me any extra. I will be using them again for my bath remodel.

My first introduction to Naillon was not a good one. Chris the owner called, we communicated about what was wrong and he came out and repaired my water heater and put a new part on without charging me. They were excellent to work with.

They got right back to me and scheduled me in promptly, gave good advice and was right on time and very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone!

Arrived when they said they would and were very courteous and professional. Ran into several unanticipated problems but were determined to solve them to my total satisfaction. Chris was an extremely customer-focused provider. I would recommend Prime Plumbing without reservation.

Professional work

Unfortunately I did not get an estimate prior to the work being done and , even though the tech arrived on time and did a good job, I was fairly shocked after her was finished he said how's $$$$ sound? A lot more than I thought it would be. Not too happy about that. Thanks for the good work, but you really need to be up front with your customers.

Arrived on time, fixed 5 problems for me, very professional and courteous. Cleaned everything up nicely before he left.

Arrron Nailon arrived on time asked what the problem was and crawled under the house and said that it was wet but no active leaks. Then saw were the water was accumulating and check the water meter and said with everything off it should not be showing flow and said that it could be the water main or the connection to the irrigation system, and said if I could dig it up and find the leak, it would save a bunch of money and they could make the permanent repair. Then I asked how much did I owe them, he said nothing, but once I found the leak, he would be happy to fix it. I will give him that opportunity.

I should have had them bid my job. I felt like I was charged way to much. It cost me over $300 to replace a $20 part. The repair person was very nice and had recently started doing repair work. I felt like I was overcharged and paid for him to get his experience. I had told them what kind of toilet I had and he did not come with parts for that toilet. I paid more for the repair than I did when I purchased toilet.

On time..cared about customer

knew what to do and did it. finished in an acceptable amount of time.

They were professional and fixed our sewer line in an efficient manner. They were willing to look at alternate repairs if needed and the repairs were in line with the quote. Glad to have a new plumber to call for repairs.

I felt I was over charged and the guy took very long to do the job and he did not complete the work in a pleasing matter.

The result was good, though the work seemed a bit messy. He would have left without testing the finished work if I had not asked for it. He did an excellent job of fixing the problem, but I had some cleaning up to do afterward.

I had several other plumbing companies quote the work for me but I felt like all of them were trying to take advantage of me on the pricing. It wasn't a big, or complicated job. Naillon Plumbing came out, looked at the work to be done, and gave me what I considered a fair fixed bid for the job. They showed up when they were supposed to for the rough-in and did what needed to be done. I fully expect the trim-out will be handled equally as professionally. I would hire them again without hesitation. In fact, probably next time I'd skip the others and just go directly to Naillon.
