+ -1 moreHe arrived on time and was clean and courteous. The bunk bed came with "instructions" but were a real mess. He had THE BEST attitude about the whole thing. It took about 30 minutes longer than anticipated, but he was very transparent as to why (all the bad instructions). He was very careful with all the pieces. It would have take us all day and he knocked it out in a couple of hours and was so pleasurable to be around. We plan to hire him for additional work in our new home. In fact, he did a walk through while he was here and suggested a doggy door solution that's going to save us a lot of money.
Description of Work: Joe helped us put together a bunk bed.

+ 0 moreJoe is an honest, capable and professional handyman. He tries to find the best solution at the best cost. He also spends the extra time to make sure the repairs are done right. He warranties his repairs for a year too. Everything he did was well done and priced fairly. Highly recommended!
Description of Work: We needed to fix a hose bib, repair drywall behind our stove due to moving the gas line and electric, stabilize a bathroom sink, repair front door and enclose an area in our basement that was open to the crawlspace. He also checked on various other things.

Description of Work: Repaired our window caulking that was leaking inside and went above and beyond to make sure that the caulking above the window and the siding wasn't causing the water leakage.
