They never responded to my message here on Angie’s List.

We were moving into a new house and needed a TV antenna installed as quickly as possible. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and they were apologetic that they wouldn't be able to get out to our house until Thursday morning (I was figuring it'd be at least a week, if not longer). Jason and Andreanna showed on time, were very professional in there work, and completed the work in less than an hour. Though the original plan was to cut into an existing pre-wired cable meant for a satellite dish, I asked if they could run a new line for the antenna. They quoted a very reason fee ($60) for the task, which required finding an access point in the attic to the panel box though all the blown-in installation, drilling a hole in the proper location and fishing the cable down through the wall to the panel box. And they kept and left our house as clean as when they arrived.

We had received a bid for more than $700 from another company which sold us our tv (they specialize in TVs and stereos) to install the antenna, so that led us to Angie's List to look for an alternative. Antenna Solutions responded right away and gave us thorough information on how they might install, given our description of the situation, and their bid was substantially lower. We decided to use them. They just finished installation and everything seems fine. In fairness, the other company would have hooked up the sound through our stereo, like the tv they installed, and programmed our universal remote, but they also would have charged us $500 more. Antenna Solutions was able to schedule within two weeks of my call, came promptly, worked swiftly, and left everything cleaned up. They completed the job in less than an hour, including showing me how to work my tv remote. We are quite pleased.

Work was completed perfectly and Jason was very friendly. Offered some advice to improve our over-the-air experience. Good deal!

They were professional and completed the job on time.

It was great. The technician was very helpful, knowledgable and polite. He made sure all the TVs were set up correctly and left the areas clean.

Jason and Andreanna performed astute installation and insured that all was working well before departing. They were very courteous and exhibited professional expertise that was well worth the money spent. I highly recommend them and the service they provide to all interested potential customers !!!

I had positive results from when I made the initial call all the way through the installation. I wish more companies had their customer service.

I will buy an antenna from Antenna Solutions, and expect it to work well (and get rid of Comcast) or be able to return it.

They arrived at the house and started the project immediately after talking with me and confirming my needs. They were both very careful about not leaving the door open as they came in and out since I have an indoor cat. Very nice down to earth professional indiviuals are hard to find. These two are all this an more! They finished the project and made time to get my TV mounted. There were no suprises when I received my bill and found it to be a very positive experience.

Jason answered his phone promptly and courteously himself. He gave me information over the phone as to cost and we scheduled for 2 days out Fri. 4/20. (He offered an ealier date as well but I had other commitments.) My window was between 8 and 10 a.m. Jason called at 9am to say he was about 1/2 an hr. away and arrived promptly at 9:30. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and his professionalism. He walked my property inside and out checking how/what was wired to what. It took him no more than 10 mins to come up with an approach to take with my somewhat atypical wiring situation. He was careful to make sure I was happy with where he was going to put the antenna BEFORE he did anything. Everything appeared to be going smoothly until we went to check the picture on the 2nd t.v. in the master. The channels were blurry because that t.v. operates off the box in the living room and doesn't have its own. This didn't phase Mr. Oakes at all. He told me and wrote down the part I needed an "OTA Module" over the Air Module that I would have to order from Dish. He even knew that they now cost $50.00 up from $25.00! He showed me where it would go on the back of my Dish receiver. He offered to come back and install it for a reasonable ($30.00) service fee. I have one ordered but feel confident that I'll be able to install it myself. Jason also made sure that I knew how to access my channels using the proper remotes, which were HD and which weren't, and just as a kindness reprogrammed the remote for the living room t.v. so I no longer have to use the t.v. remote for on/off and volume. Now I use the Dish remote for everything! Life is complicated enough without stressing over which remote does what! I really appreciated Jason's attention to detail, individual attention to my homes specific layout, and a personalized solution when a challenge came up. Contrast that to the dish tech who just threw a book on the table and said "problems? call the 1-800 #! Therefore, if you want prompt, professional,courteous, complete and specialized service I highly recommend Antenna Solutions. They provide great service at a reasonable price and won't waste your time. My whole job was done right in less than an hour.
