I called them one day and they asked me to call back the next day. I then called them several times after that day and even left several voice mails but never got a response. I guess what I described in the voice mails is just such a small business to them and they just don't care.

There was a major windstorm the night of 10/27/2009. It brought down one of our old silver maple trees, which missed our house by 6" but destroyed three sections of fence and our dog run. I called Joe the next morning, and he had his crew out that day to put the fence back together. His crew had to work around the tree removal crew, which was still grinding out the stump. Within 24 hours of the disaster, my fence was as good as new, and the cost was half of what the insurance adjuster allowed for the repair. I couldn't ask for more!

Job 1: Joe was a great contractor to work with. He let us know when he would arrive (within a time range) and he arrived as promised. He used good workers and superior materials, far better than our experience with another fence installer a few years ago. When he misunderstood our desires on the mailbox post, he figured out a way to make it work without having to totally re-do the installation. I am very pleased and he is coming out this week to do more work for us. Job 2: Arrived on time after letting us know when to expect them. Day 1 involved demolishing old fence and setting poles. Day 2 was fence installation. Went exactly as expected, no problems, fence looks great, I highly recommend them!
