The quality of work was only fair. Simple shower trim project initiated in November not completed until the end of December. Technician forgot to order a part then passed the expedited freight cost on to me...unbelievable. It took them four trips to get this job done correctly. Billing hours excessive and not upfront about fees or explanations for having not done the job correctly in the first place. Technician left hot and cold input reversed and actually tried to tell me cold was usually on the left and hot on the right....total fib. National US standard, as we all know, is hot on the left and cold on the right. Took them 3 weeks to come back out and correct. I will not use them again.

They responded promptly. Did a good job installing new faucet.. They installed new fill valves in both toilets but they started running again the next day.. They came out again and fixed but again the repair only lasted a day or so and then charged me 345.00 I then hired another plumber and the toilets have been working fine ever since
