Description of Work: The last call was for a new furnace estimate ($2000), that they phoned in, and later called to offer a written estimate. They had put in a new A/C a few years earlier, and it had always worked well. However, at this last visit, the provider noted that the condensate was not pumping out properly but only suggested that I watch it. Visits by other providers noted that, draining outside (as HVAC had originally directed it), the outside condensate line was frozen, and not at code. They then clearly indicated that they would direct that condensate drainage to the inside washer drain, as part of the bid, as per code. |

+ -1 moreMy service person was very friendly, clean cut and a local person. He was out to my home within 15 minutes of my calling him, he was honest, and did not try to sell me anything. He cleaned out the filter and put it back into my unit. He fulfilled all my expectations. I have used this company one other time 8 years ago and he remembered who we were.
Description of Work: My fan on my cooling system went out. He came over within 15 minutes of calling him and took only about 15 minutes to fix the unit. He cleaned out the filter with my hose, he did not try to sell me another one and then put it back into the unit in the garage. This is the second time I have used his company. He is very professional and gives a complete service.
