+ -1 moreI have The Yard Butler, in Idaho Falls, do all my yard and pest control needs. Today my steady and dependable Paul showed up and we had forgotten he was coming. He was patient and while I and room mates got up and about , Paul finished the outside then came in completed the inside. I am one for having the same person that I can trust, come to my home and do their job and I don't have to worry. Paul I'm sure deserves a raise but keeps on with a happy attitude. I love Paul he's the best. However I must say The Yard Butler has a way of picking very good employees.

+ 0 moreThey did an excellent job and it looked wonderful. We had been quoted $35.00 per hour. This seemed high, but we were very pleased and were willing to pay this amount, even though they spent more time than estimated getting the job done. However, when we received the invoice, they must charge $35.00/hr per worker. The invoice was nearly 5 X what we had anticipated. When we contacted the provider about this, they simply said, "But you were so pleased with our work."
Description of Work: They trimmed all our hedges and plants, pulled weeds, raked out old leaves and debris from flower beds.
