Called to reschedule a sprinkler winterization at 12:30 p.m. I needed to reschedule due to a new tree being planted recently and the tree needed the extra water at this time. The service had been scheduled for 5:00 pm the same day. The company charged my credit card a $45 rescheduling fee. I had to cancel the service and any future services with this company. This is a sprinkler service, this is not a Dr.'s office. It's not a life or death situation, and I was giving them plenty of time to schedule someone else and notify staff to not go to my house. When talking to staff about this, they were very short and unprofessional. I will never use them again. My credit card was automatically billed the $45 charge without my consent, so do not give them your credit card #.

This was a bad experience. I spoke with Brittany told her I wanted the minimum work done as to avoid high prices. We have alot of trees and leaves are abundant. In past I have been charged 200 dollars for this service. I was not present when the workers showed to do the work but when I arrived home had seen they had been there. I noticed that all of the leaves under the trees and bushed remained, but I wasnt concerned because I had told Brittany just to have them do the main part of the lawn....and then the bill arrived a month later.. it was 352.00 dollars. I was stunned and called immediately to question it. She actually responded and said the cost was 452 but they took 100 off. So that would actually mean the workers spent 12 hours on my lawn?? In no way did anyone spend 12 hours. If they had then there would not have been a leaf in sight. Beware of the honesty and integrity of this business. They'll take what they can!

Was told by the company in following year that the repair was done incorrectly that employee wasn't aware that it was his company that did it. They than denied it was them and said someone else did it. I cancelled my service because they lied directly to me and than after I cancelled they billed me for a treatment that wasn't done to retaliate.

Responded quickly to provide estimate, scheduled work in timely manner. Workmen were professional and completed work as requested. I will use this company again.

They did a great job mowing my yard. They are fast and are always friendly.

In mowing, they're fine, they're always there every week, I hired them for extra work and I don't find them satisfactory. For general maintenance, they were good. They broke two of our stinker heads so I have them to come back to replace it.

This is a copy of comments I left on T and T L awn Services comment page. I was so pleased when I first pulled into my driveway last night; however, disappointment swiftly followed. When I requested your service, I was asked if I wanted the flowerbeds included in the FALL CLEANUP I was asking for. I stated that I did and also stated that the requested cleanup did NOT include the area between the fence and the side of the GARAGE. The flowerbeds are clean of leaves ,however, they are not clean for fall. The plants in them that needed to be trimmed to the ground are still there, i.e., hosta, bishop's plant, even weeds. Also, the back patio between the fence and the back of the HOUSE was not even touched. I was looking for someone to do this fall cleanup for me only because the service I had used is no longer available. I found your listing on Angie's List and had high expectations as a result of that and because of the service of my other lawn care service. I am so disappointed! I assume you found the envelope with my check for payment of your quoted fee. I left it taped to the front door.

Winterizing sprinklers

The provider was contacted early on a Friday. I was told they would call back that afternoon or Monday with a quote for basic lawn service. They called on Monday afternoon after 3:00 pm and told me the price and said it would be another week before they could "fit me in". In a time of high unemployment and the need for higher ranked customer service, this example was surely not up to par. They will not be providing service for me anytime in the future.

Very happy as they are timely, efficent and very cost effective.

well done, fast, prompt, neat

I used to have a lot of parties in the back yard and they did everything for a small amount of money. They mowed, they whacked with the weed whacker, they did the edging. But one time he forgot to edge around the hot tub and I called and they had someone out within an hour to get that done. I can always count on them and they always come the same day so they are very reliable. If they do something I'm not happy about I can call and they take care of it immediately. It's the best $28 I've ever spent. I recommend them all the time. They are excellent.
