Description of Work: First of all, the address given for this company is incorrect. Our contract lists 1920 E. 17th Street, Suite 215, Idaho Falls, ID, and the phone number listed on the internet is dead. We had 18 solar panels installed in May of 2016. We were a new build home and went ahead and paid for the entire install in full even though the Envoy unit could not be hooked up until we moved in, which was end of Oct., 2016. At this time we were on our own and we struggled to get this unit working...the representative would not come to the home, nor directly answer our calls of distress. Once we persisted and after retrying, researching, etc., we finally got the Envoy system up and running. This product tells us about each panel and this is when we discovered that 17 out of the 18 panels that had been installed, were working. We took a screen shot of the problem and sent it to the rep. He has only acknowledged our inquiries by either saying he is out of town through texting, working on it, or not responding at all. Our system is under warranty and we now feel that we have been ignored and will have to go in a legal direction to get the help we need. When we attempt to call, all we get is a voicemail.
