Seven years later we are still having problems with water and water pressure. Skidmore points fingers everywhere else and will not do anything to rectify this situation. They continue to sell lots even though they have not addressed water issues with existing homes. The lots were advertised as irrigation for 1/2 acre. To accommodate poor water system design, they have invoked draconian water restrictions. Skidmore claims compliance to Idaho Department of Environmental Quality, yet looking at DEQ they regulate potable water and say nothing about irrigation. So Skidmore sells lots with 1/2 acre irrigation, yet invoke DEQ requirements that do not mention irrigation. If you are having someone manage construction, is this type of management how you would like your construction project managed? Do you want someone that solves problems, or someone looking for excuses why the problem is not his problem?

We purchased this home and have been very pleased through the years with our home.

They were good. I have heard the name and I've seen the work. My buddy does contractor and he knows them so I know their reputation was good. They are the only one that scheduled an appointment. I thought they did a great job. He quoted me on his price and he honored his quote. They did exactly what they need to do. I was very pleased with them.

The overall experience was great. They showed genuine concern for me and helped answer all the questions that I needed. It was a great experience. Dealing with such a big purchase can be frustrating, but Skidmore Inc. put me at ease.
