Scion Computers

After several hours after I called them back to see when we might hear from the technician they said that we would need to bring the computer into them rather than them performing a "house call" as represented. I said, due to the circumstances, that would not work and I called their competition who were happy to provide the service but due to the long delay caused by Scion they would come out first thing in the AM. These people may be competent technicians but they are terrible communicators and community service people.

I took my laptop in with some problems and after hearing about my issues, Ben was already sure it was a hard drive issue. He tested it to be sure and then replaced it with a new hard drive. He was very timely - i had my computer back the next day. He was also very helpful in getting some specific data tranferred to my new hard drive and helping me with a couple other small issues on the phone for no extra charge. I was very impressed overall with the service I received and I would highly recommend them!
