Roof Rescue

Would NOT recommend Roof rescue not only left several portions of our roof unfinished, they also cut the power lines to our guest house and our shops (which houses both guest tenant and animals). We have attempted to contact roof rescue on multiple occasions with promises of finishing the job and looking into the electrical situation, yet it’s been weeks and NOTHING. The owner hardly gives a response anymore. They have already been paid out for the job and now refuse to finish. They also left our yard completely trashed with metal slats from our old roof. Extremely furious with their lack of professionalism

Excellent. We received several bids and Mark was competitive in the pricing. His explanation of the work that needed to be done was superior and the bid was detailed and understandable. We had a few roof boards (4' x 8') that needed replacing and the old shingles needed to be removed. He has a few crews and Mark was at the job site a couple times each day. All of the crew members were polite and hard working. We wanted some separate work done that was logical to have done at the time of the roofing (dryer vent moved to through roof) and Mark had the contacts and was able to coordinate in minimal time. He has talked with us since the roofing was complete to make sure we encountered no problems over the past winter. Full roof service, quality work, professional crews.

From the moment we talked on the phone until the job was done, our experience was exceptional. Excellent! All work was done as expected. Total price was as quoted. At our initial meeting with Mark he was extremely detailed. He and his crew were prompt and professional. They began work on Friday and we left town that afternoon. We returned home to a beautiful new roof and no mess. The gutters were subbed out by Them as well and were installed just a couple of days later. They, too, were prompt and professional and left no mess. I would definitely recommend their work!

Everything went really well. Mark was very friendly and answered all of our questions. He took the time to explain all of the options and the pros and cons. We double checked what he told us with my father-in-law (he's a builder in a different state), and everything checked out with him. Since our job was a small one, Mark was able to work us in between two bigger jobs. He did a great job performing the promised labor, and went the extra mile to fix a couple loose shingles that he spotted on another part of our roof (free of charge). We were also shocked to see that he cleaned up after the job was done. We really appreciated the professionalism and quick response time. I'd highly recommend him.
