Description of Work: We have dealt with Rain Connection Lawn Irrigation Specialists since last August. Not one time have they showed up on time. I had sod laid by them and the sprinkler system they had installed never turned on. I called for 4 consecutive days and never got a reponse. Mean while, my lawn was dying. There were patches of dead lawn, which was to be replaced after the sprinkler system was installed, and I had to go to the City Of Ammon with photos, for support to get the lawn replaced. We have had continual problems with our sprinkler system since then. Our lot is part of a 4 plex townhouse and all 4 of the owners are discussed with the lack of service or concern shown by this company. Rain Connections charges us a minumim of $50.00 everytime they come, and usually don't do anything. We are currently waiting on a solution for a problem. This last event is beyond our patience. One of the homeowners hasn't had water in 2 weeks on their lawn. We have called and called and don't get a response. Two days ago the owner did appear. He wanted to know where our attic access is. He want to run wires through our attics to "correct" the problem. He installed and has poorly maintained the watering system, and yet he doesn't know where the lines are wired? That doesn't make sense to me. I would never recommend them to anyone. It is a waste of time and money, and have no results, week after week.
