Description of Work: I am normally not unhappy with ANY service provided. I have worked on the business side and know the work that goes into providing excellent customer service !!! We used Pest Control Services on Omni Drive in Idaho Falls about a month ago when we were noticing ants and earwigs prevalent at our home. They came out and sprayed but about 5 days later it seemed they were worse. The service had cost 120.00 and we were told by the tech to call if we had any problems. So I called back and spoke with their receptionist who was very unprofessional and rude. She said the substance probably hadn't gotten to the colony and to call back in another 5 days if they weren't gone. After those 5 days still seeing just as many I called back and was told if they were being seen in the middle of the garage we should have specifically told them |To spray them in the middle of the garage. ( they were told they were in the garage) After calling back today after seeing two hobo spiders over the weekend I was told by the same receptionist they don't guarantee their work and if they have to come back out it will be ANOTHER 120.00, she also stated their product only works for 7-10 days and it doesn't continue to work after that do she recommends paying 120.00 every month!!! Seriously ????? What happened to good customer service and guaranteeing your work ????? I will be continuing with another company needless to say but if any of my friends or family are needing services done steer clear.

+ -1 moreI was told first by the receptionist that the company had been in business for 30 years and was not in the habit of just giving an invoice without service. She was cold and unwilling to consider the possibility of a mistake. There are no records by this company to be accountable for how many gallons that are actually being used each day. The driver defended himself by telling me what my back yard looked like, but my backyard has looked the same the last two years. When I asked what was different in my backyard the day of the service he was unable to tell me. I asked him if he really could honestly tell me he in fact did spray that day and did a quality job, but he wouldn't respond, but told me to talk to the owner. The owner never contacted me to check things out and both the receptionist and the driver told me I was a liar and was just trying to get out of paying my bill. I have been a customer of the company for two years and always sent payment in a timely matter each month. I even paid the month before when I suspected what was happening.
Description of Work: I have had Pest Control spray my foundation for the past two years. I asked them to call me when they were coming so I could put the dogs in. They never did. I also suspected the last two months that I was getting billed but service wasn't being preformed. The other times when they sprayed the foundation was wet and it took over an hour to dry - even when it was hot outside. The last two times it was supposed to be sprayed at 6:30 -7:00 am. But when I checked immediately after receiving the statement the foundation was not wet and their wasn't any evidence. I called and talked to the receptionist and the driver called me back a few days later. It really was my word against his. A few days later I received a letter from the company telling me they would no longer service my home. I had asked for the owner to call me but never heard from him.

+ -1 moreThey just come through; they are very thorough in what they do. The people that come out and do the work are very good in their overall demeanor or getting appointments together.
Description of Work: I used Pest Control Svc to take care of my yard, trees and weeds. They spray for bugs and all the weeds.
