I interviewed three realtors before selecting Paulette Lym to handle the sale of my home. I was already living out of state when I listed the home and knew that I would require extra assistance to prepare the home for the market. Paulette and I performed a walkthrough of the home during which she identified a number of changes I should make for marketing purposes and we developed a strategy for when to accomplish various changes. Paulette has a cadre of professionals and extensive contacts in the area that she used to have the work performed at quite reasonable prices. She kept me well informed of progress and coordinated the work and access to the house for me. As other realtors viewed the house and provided comments, Paulette made suggestions for additional changes, some of which I accepted and some I chose to forgo. Paulette had the approved work performed promptly. During the time the house was on the market Paulette did a great job keeping me informed of details of the showings, and provided feedback and advice. When an offer came in, Paulette provided valuable guidance on how and when to respond. Upon reaching a deal, she launched into accomplishing the work associated with the buyers? requests that I had agreed to immediately and pushed the work through to completion. Complications arose when the appraisal for the home came in significantly below the agreed upon price, casting a shadow over the deal and raising the very real possibility that the home would fall out of escrow. However, working with the buyer?s agent and I, Paulette was able to renegotiate some minor terms and obtain a new appraisal that supported the same agreed upon price and the deal went through. Paulette put tremendous personal energy and effort into getting selling my home for top dollar, provided outstanding communication, and monitored and responded to the details and challenges during escrow leading to a successful closing. I recommend her.

I listed my townhome for sale at the end of March and sold at the end of April. Paulette knows the market well. She was always punctual, professional and priced the home right. I would not hesitate to refer her to anyone else I know who is interested in selling their home.
