Merry Maids of Idaho Falls

I was extremely pleased with the first lot they sent out. They sent out two ladies, one of whom was really good with her work. The one who was good, left and was replaced by another one who was still under training and she did not do as good a job. I used their services once again. That time they did an adequate job, but it was not perfectly done. I decided that they were too expensive for the job they did and I could have done a much better job than what they did. The first time I used their services I was not in very good health, but I regained my health later and decided that I could take care of the house myself. I have a fairly large home, so I have to pay a lot if I want to use their services. I think they are too expensive. The first two ladies that came were very good, however, the second time I used their services they were not at all up to the mark. I would not use their services in the future.

The very first time Sue came to clean she broke a limited addition back to back porcelain football while dusting. I understasnd accidents happen and they agreed to try to find another one to replace it (like that is possible). As long as Sue was cleaning our house things were going ok. About a month ago Sue quit and they sent someone else to clean for us. That whole experience was unacceptable and this Wednesday when they were scheduled to clean again, no one showed up!!!!! I have called several time, no one answers!!! I left a message yesterday afternoon saying their services were no longer required but please contact me about some kind of agreement on my football. So far no calls from the them at all. I would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!
